One Puerto Vallarta Aeropuerto

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

We were happy with the room. Clean & comfortable. There was a large sporting group in the restaurant, the staff were trying hard to keep up but the supply of food & beverages, plates and silverware was not available all at the same time.

All was ok except at night. There was a team of kids there yelling and running up And down the halls until after midnight. No staff around to Stop them

Very helpful staff, we needed a hotel in a pinch close by the airport and they were friendly and accommodating

The room was good,clean and what I expected. Except there was no hot water for the shower. The breakfast was good. The eggs were fresh and hot. How ever the coffee was only luke warm and I had to wait for it to be made for each of my cups.

Clean comfortable bed, great breakfast and the AC worked good. It is a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal.

Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool area with umbrellas for shade. Restrooms very close to pool. Cold ac in rooms. 5 minutes walking distance to airport. Have stayed here a few times and will continue to do so.

The bedding had stains. They provided only one towel, no wash cloths. The room and hallways smell ronchy.
