It’s an average hotel

Hotel is really good location, near almost everything from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc. it is an old hotel and needs a little TLC

You can’t beat the location which is why we have returned several times. The rooms are simple with no frills. This time we were given a room that smelled badly or mold. It made it hard to sleep and in the morning I could see a lot of mold coming through the paint in the ceiling and a lot on the walls in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they got us a much better room a few hrs lately. The staff is great, and the pool is nice and family friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also great.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

My 5th time staying must be new owners TV didn't work elevator stop working and it was hard on me to walk all those steps.but if you looking for a place to be close to everything thus the spot..

Outdated hotel with a strong smell of mildew. Furniture in the rooms is old, broken, and dirty. Had to request a room change. Which they accommodated. Staff was nice. Location is great.

The location is idea. However, they advertised breakfast was included when I arrived, I found out it was not. They do not allow you to have any visitors to your room which is very odd and childish. I do not recommend their buffet it's the same food every day and is not the best. There are better cheaper places to eat right across the street. They offer open bar but their alcohol is cheap not recommended.

The room we were given upon check in was terrible. Tiny and moldy! Nothing like the photos on your website. We asked to be moved and we offered to pay more but they couldn't move us until the next day. So we moved the next day and the new room was worse. Same thing when we asked to be moved. After paying $400 more and moving rooms 3x we got a room that was bigger and more updated but still not the photos on your website. Staff was all over the hotel but I'm not sure what they were doing. The pools are tiny and no service for food and drinks. The only good thing about this resort was the location if you want to walk to check out different places to eat. We paid way too much money for this hotel.

Sadly this was our second time at this property and our first stay was great. This stay was not good First night room flooded as drains were blocked and noisy construction started every morning around 6am towels were stained and very aged. The property offered us a Buffet breakfast which was not very good. 😌 the pools need maintenance very dirty. They also need to control the other guests had people screaming and running down our hall couple sleepless nights. I realize it’s not high season but I expected a lot better
