Reviews of Hotel Eloisa

The hotel's location is very convenient to everything; I only had one problem at checkout. The receptionist said the face towel was missing, which I hadn't used or taken, and she insisted I had signed a receipt stating it was there. I didn't count the towels; they just told me to sign a ticket confirming there were towels, the A/C remotes, and the TV. She was very rude, insisting on the towel. I asked her if she wanted to check my bags, why she needed a used towel, and then, reluctantly, she told me I could leave.
