We had diner miltiple nights at Arecifes. The waiter Luis Bañuelos, Guillermo Valadez and the Captain Roberto Ramírez were very attentive and courteous with our dinners and stay! Highly recommend this restaurant and crew.

There are a lot of great things happening at the Westin in Puerto Vallarta. The location is nearby to visit the Malecon, the Marina and many other neighborhood restaurants. On the premises, the pools, restaurants and beach access are all very convenient. Maintaining and operating these areas are a multitude of staff. Some are worth mentioning here: Front Desk staff Hugo, Katena and Carlos. Bellboys are Pedro, Carlos, Raul. Ricardo & Santi. Restaurant servers Israel, Carlos. Antonio, Teresa, and Chefs: Hector and Matias. Poolside staff are Reina Isobel, Paulo, Adriana, Okimy and the remarkable Angel Cibrian, as shown in the picture.

Our time at the pool was the highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Angel and Paul for their incredible dedication. Every request was handled with a genuine smile. When I experienced a sudden toothache, they were extremely helpful and provided great advice on where to get the medicine I needed. We also want to compliment the manager and the bartenders for their professionalism. They all went above and beyond to create lasting memories for our family. I can’t wait to come back to see them all again.

I went to Puerto Vallarta for spring break vacation with my friends and family and had a great time at the Weston because the staff were amazing Okimy was so cool with the guacamole demonstration, I learned how to make them better now. I would recommend booking a stay here if you plan on visiting Puerto Vallarta also, the marina is really close by if you like shopping.
