While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore the old town. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right outside, and it's easy to get to bars too. However, the hotel itself is a bit old and small, though the rooftop pool is a nice touch.

Hotel is in great location and although a bit old, was clean and well kept up. Angeles at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, getting me into my room in advance of check in time and upgrading me to a bigger room! Rooftop pool is nice but was nice to use pool and beach chairs at larger sister resort across the street.

10/10 would recommend, 2 minute walk to the beach, and shops all around. Super pretty hotel the agriculture was beautiful.

This hotel is in a great prime location close to the beach a little outdated but the location is everything the staff is great thanks to Marisol at the front desk she was verry sweet and helpful I will come back soon love PV

Casa Dona Susana was very clean with comfortable beds, bedding and towels. Has a quaint Mexican charm to it, and would highly recommend. The only annoying part of the stay was a constant chirping coming from the lobby portion of the hotel. When inquiring about it, they said it had to do with a temperature sensor. Hopefully this’ll be fixed soon so others can enjoy a quite stay.

Where do I start. No bar, no restaurant. No parking for my rent a car in the hotel. I bought all inclusive but the bar is two blocks away, it closes at 10:30pm. The TV didn’t work. This was the first Hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was rude.
