Hotel Hacienda Vallarta - Playa Las Glorias

Did not use the pool. Many convenience stores nearby. T.v remote was unprogrammed. There is no phone on the rooms, I had to call front desk from my personal phone with no answer.

The room was in good condition, they just need a little effort to make this an excellent place to stay on my next trip. Make sure they have toilet paper in the bathroom, hand towels and washcloths, and probably something to step on after showering too, especially when elderly people are visiting. Thanks!

We stayed here during the lockdown when the shootings and riots were going on after the passing of a cartel leader, and the staff members made us feel safe and secure and took care of us and we all looked out for each other. Overall, the place is exactly what you pay for.

Clean room, good ac, very polite and courteous front desk, cleaning employees are wonderful. The pool area is excellent

The room was smaller than expected, and smelled a bit weird. The staff however were really nice.

Was very happy with the hotel & staff. Really like the location as it suits our needs perfectly with everything we needed within walking distance. Hope to return next winter to our favourite winter getaway.

The staff are always amazing and friendly, the rooms were cleaned as requested and amenities are close. We love staying there and will be back next year.

The room was stark, at best. Ancient stained couch. Mold on top of fridge. No mirror in bathroom. Absolutely bare minimum.

The staff were so lovely, they felt like family by the end of the week. I wasn't crazy about the room they initially gave me. It received very little natural light. But then I asked if I could have a brighter room and they put me in a nice bright room on the second floor. They were very accommodating.
