This place was absolutely amazing!!!!! Clean!!! Quiet and in a fantastic location!! I had the vacation of a lifetime!!!! The gym is excellent the pool is clean and warm. All the staff was amazing!!!! I especially want to mention Ivan, Eddy, Josebalto, Alex and Daniel!!!!! They made our trip extra special with great customer service and made delicious drinks great food and they made us feel at home. This is a great place to stay I highly recommend!!! I will return!!!!

Staff including front desk was very accommodating- we chose an ocean front spa room. The spa was needing repairs and Luis (maintenance/building engineer) got on it for 2 days and made sure it was perfect. Also Blanca our housekeeper was exceptional, every day the room was cleaned with an extra towel requested. She left little special origami folded decorations for us! Super attentive to detail!

This is our third stay at Pinnacle 180 and it is always perfect. The rooms are well maintained, and the ocean views are beautiful. The rooms come with daily maid service and Celina our housekeeper has truly been amazing keeping everything in order.

All the staff was great! Fun experience. Susana took care of our room. We stayed a property 220. Roof top pool staffing was great too. Alex was very helpful at the residences Sky Bar.

The location in the Romantic zone is outstanding. The bar is very nice with a lovely pool and attentive waitstaff. The condo, PH 3, was clean, spacious and well appointed. The view of the bay is slightly obstructed but not enough to be a problem. Los Muertos beach is within easy walking distance, great for beach days. The Swell restaurant is a great choice for spending the day. If you are getting good and drink the chairs, umbrellas and towels are included. We had several very relaxing days at the beach. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that there were no pots and pans. This was not stated in the description of the condo. We did not plan to do a lot of cooking so we made it work but would be a problem if someone plans to cook at all. Also be aware that the salon on the property was not at all accommodating. Wanted to have gel manicure, each time I tried to schedule they either had no room or didn’t have enough time. Told me that it would take 6 hours. So would explore other options if you need salon services. We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to PV.

Let me start with I’ve stayed at pinnacle and their other two properties many times and I keep coming back. I really like it. This time I brought two friends who had never been to PV before So we upgraded the condo to the Andrew Christian suite for the experience. And don’t get me wrong it’s nice. Just not that much nicer than any other condo and definitely not at nearly double the cost. I highly recommend pinnacle. The view is incredible, the staff are exceptional, love the pools and their happy hours. In my opinion the experience is not elevated by “upgrading” the condo.
