Everything was nice,,workers are very friendly. But I would say they could improve their food options. And snack bar should be open all the time & bar should be open later than 12.

Out room was clean but the dresser drawers were filthy. We had no towels in our room and called the front desk three times, in our first day. On the second day we called another two times for towels. Other then that, staff was nice and friendly.

The worst room service. room Smells awful. All inclusive but is open 7 to 11am and 1 to 5 pm and 7 to 10 pm the reception sucks bad customer service. I will never go back to that place

Food was the worst that I’ve ever had. I just arrived and made it to dinner, dinner was a mix of breakfast cereal and some pastas and salads. From the living room, all I hear are the doors slamming when someone closes their door. The noise is fine everywhere else in the suite. The couches and tables are a bit run down. One bathroom smelled bad.
The one thing I did like was the walk from the counter check in to the room is nice with all the trees and plants.
Since I already checked in, I cant cancel my reservation. I will not stay here again.

The overall stay was good we enjoyed our time the only downsides our suite didn’t have a refrigerator and the WiFi ****** extremely unreliable other than that it was good
