Overall rating is a 2. The front desk staff members, serves, and men that help take your bag's were very friendly and helpful. Other than that everyone else had horrible customer service skills. The food was not the greatest, I ate out every night I was there due to the food not being good, food running out, and the small portions given. The view is amazing! But everything else wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom continued to clogged weather we used the shower, sink, or toilet. The bar tenders did not have the greatest service, due to the heat the ice was melting that was used in drinks and made the drinks watery very fast. I would have to be honest I will not be staying here again.

I stayed here only one night before I left, for a better hotel experience. I would rate this hotel a 3 star. One big issue was the food. Even though my stay included meals, I was not impressed. Food served buffet style, always in the same restaurant, looked like college dorm food (gloppy). A high percentage of children, often unmanaged.
Hotel is in need of severe renovation, in my opinion.

The property was delightful! The staff was outstanding and they kept the areas very clean. Food was delicious. This hotel was a little dated yet comfy and very authentic and charming. It’s PV’s best kept secret. Rooftop views are stunning. We’d stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. This is my third time staying in Puerto Vallarta three years in a row and we always try a different resort when we go was not impressed with two roaches found in the bathroom on two different nights. We had the two bedroom suite with three bath also was not impressed with the food options. This place only has one pool which we didn’t care for with lots of families and kids running around. Wish there was more Food and pool options

The overall experience was fantastic. The food was wonderful, servers and waitresses were phenomenal. My only suggestion is having a bit of a pep talk with the night crew that works the front desk. They weren’t the most helpful and it almost appeared as though they didn’t want to be there. Aside from that, everything else was pretty awesome. I strongly recommend this resort, family friendly but very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
