Velas Vallarta Suite Resort All-Inclusive

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

My only concern is the food. Food is unflavored. The only food I found with flavor it was toasted tomato sauce, omelettes, a seafood soup and one day the oriental food, the following day it was not properly cooked.

The resort is very kid friendly with plenty of activities for them. The food was good but the menu needs updating. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool areas are kept very clean and beautiful. I would go and stay at this resort again.

Wonderful stay. The whole staff is dedicated to making the guess vacations an unforgettable experience. The view is awesome and the beach is uncroweded. Make sure to have a drink or a meal a the beach front restaurant at sunset.

My family and I had a great time staying at Velas Vallarta. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is excellent. So helpful and nice. There were plenty of activities to participate throughout the week. The food was good but not great. The beach was a bit disappointing due to the rocks, but the covered lounge chairs were comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. The only negative thing about the room were the beds. The King size bed mattress was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was very hard. But overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

Food was generally good. Breakfast was great. Beautiful grounds and well maintained. Staff friendly and available to help. Only two Restaurants. But one had different type of food each night. Overall great for family.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff very responsive and helpful. Service is good. Property is clean. Facility has two restaurants. That could be little boring but one Resturant has different type of food each night. The activities at night are ok but could improve. The food quality can be better but acceptable. Overall, great place for family. Maybe not so great for younger adults . But we enjoyed it with our family and smaller kids.

Great place I’ve been there three times! Just need to ad some more night entertainments that’s all they need! Velas it’s a magical place that will keep you coming back! Great thanks to all the wonderful staffs!
