Casa Lucas

We’ve been visiting PV for 7 years and are very happy we found Casa Lucas. The location is great! A quiet street, close to many great restaurants, shops, clubs and bars. Just a short walk to the beach and Malecón. Casa is beautifully restored with modern appliances and fixtures. The bathroom makes me feel like I’m at a fancy Spa. The king size beds are so comfortable and the custom-made headboard is stunning. I love the views of the mountains and surrounding neighborhoods. Irina is very friendly and answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations. We cant wait to return.

I can’t recommend Casa Lucas more highly. The place is sleek modern and masculine. The details are top notch. The location is off the beaten path enough that you feel like you are in a neighborhood but blocks away from the thick of things. Perfect for a single guy looking for fun. Can’t wait to come back!

Casa Lucas is beautiful restored building, great features and comfort set in incredible neighborhood with tons on restaurants just a few blocks from the beach. I would love to return to Casa Lucas and PV!

AVOID at all cost! Booked fully cancellable stay at Casa Lucas with a free cancellation until 14 days before arrival. A month before my travel I decided to adjust the stay by adding an extra night and in exchange the opportunistic owners took the entire payment from my cc’d. Unfortunately due to family reasons my plans quickly changed however, Casa Lucas refused to accept the cancellation despite giving them over 3x week’s of notice. To my surprise the exchange of information was very poor and the updated policy was made unavailable for review prior to making changes. They were very rude on emails and they showed zero flexibility or understanding. The owners clearly seek easy money, and their greediness should be publicised, I would never want to deal with them again.

First rate accommodations from top to bottom. I stayed for a week in the ground level studio apartments and was impressed by the renovations that were done. In my experience, this is one of the most modern and well set up spaces in the AirBNB and private hotel market in Puerto Villarta's beautiful Romantic Zone. The bathroom functioned with no issues related to hot water or water pressure. The internet service provided was stable and the signal strong enough to support multiple devices and streaming. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking and there was complimentary coffee in the cupboard to use in the coffee maker. The decor suits the space perfectly. I recommend Casa Lucas and will definitely check there first when making accommodation reservations for my next trip to Puerto Vallarta

It was my first experience in an Airbnb and I'm delighted. the service is impeccable and Michael responds very quickly if you have a request. It was pleasant to live among the population while being close to everything day and night and especially the beach. I will come back for sure.
