In a perfect location with a view of the volcano out of this world We get a huge room. With all the comforts The breakfast was good and the staff was always available with a smile in their faces The only detail is the hotel infrastructure need some care. Little wear and tear. That not reduce the experience but certain could keep the in top form

Just finished 6 nights at this lakefront property. The views are stunning! The hotel itself has seen better days and it was probably considered very modern in the 90’s. Nowadays it is just OK on many levels. - lack of power sources in the room is a problem - no coffee/tea in the room is unacceptable - the perfume/room spray used throughout the hotel is awful, too strong and made me sick during my stay - the spa is a very sad looking area of the property (major upgrades are required) - basic english needs to be taught to employees to prevent them being intimidated by foreigners (if you want to attract international customers) - buffet food was basic, uninteresting and very repetitive - single-use plastic is a concern in this hotel…..the management needs to start thinking GREEN. We would not return to this hotel unless the management took drastic actions.

All the installation and people are very good with very kind attention. Very confortable and nice view of the Llanquihue Lake and the main coast street. Good parking and free internet service, and nice room

We were very happy with the kindness of the service and the welcoming atmosphere of the place. It’s location and amenities also could not have been better. Lake view, very spacious balcony and room, delicious breakfast.

El servicio y la atención del hotel es muy bueno, encontramos todo lo de la habitación en óptimas condiciones. La ubicación también es óptima para conocer los puntos claves de Puerto Varas. La piscina, turco y sauna también están geniales. Tuvimos una gran estadía y lo puedo recomendar para familias.

Niegan o venden desayuno a las pasajeros que tienen que salir antes del horario de atención ,servicio que he recibido satisfactoriamente en otros hoteles En efecto ,Vine a Puerto Varas a correr los 25K de la corrida “El Paso Austral “ y que por partir en Ralún ( Coyatie) tuve que salir a las 6.30 del hotel Y cómo empiezan a atender el desayuno desde más tarde ,pedí lo que normalmente pido en otros hoteles cuando ocurre esta ( una bolsa de desayuno ) .,dado que el desayuno ya está pagado Normalmente , en otros hoteles en que he estado .te entregan una fruta ,o un yogurt o un sandwich , Pero acá lucran también con eso y te cobran 10 mil pesos por ello Lo que encuentro de pésimo gusto dado qoe como dije , el desayuno ya está pagado
