This is a beautiful hotel - very cozy inside with roaring fires and beautiful decor, and of course a beautiful location on the lake with lots of outdoor lounge areas. They recently added hot tubs which we enjoyed one afternoon. Breakfast good with made to order eggs. You absolutely need a car if you are staying here. Other reviews made a big issue of the gravel road to arrive, however it really wasn’t a big deal. Literally a very short gravel section, which you will encounter on other roads in the area as well if you are doing hikes or other activities.

Woefully understaffed. Clean, beautiful but impersonal. Asking for anything was a task as staff too busy. Had a 8:15 dinner reservation got a table outside and no human contact until we go up and left at 9:00. Server singlehanded and no help. Asked them to call us when they were less busy which they were happy to do. No call. Maybe we caught this place on a bad night but we got more personal attention at cheap hostels in the mountains. I usually don’t write these but wow.

Lovely hotel with stunning views of the volcanoes set in a large garden with lapping trotting around. The food was great and the staff team were a delight. The room we stayed in was lovely with a very comfortable bed and great views, definitely recommend as a great place to stay if you are in the area.

The road to get to the hotel is a pot-holed gravel one, but once you arrive, you're surrounded in luxury. The sense of comfort and space throughout the building is like a big hug. Our room looked out over the lake, and had windows that opened to let in the cooling breezes. There were a number of common areas to sit and read, play games, or just admire the surroundings. WiFi was fast on the main floor. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh squeezed orange juice (!), fresh fruit, toast, eggs to order, delicious coffee and sweets. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay! You definitely need a car to stay here, as you are several km outside of town.

Beautiful views of volcano across the lake. The staff were very accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing with pleasant grounds. There is easy access to the lake beach.

Hace unas semanas viajó mi mejor amiga y nos reunimos ahí, fue todo perfecto, un lugar realmente soñado, hermosísimo, un entorno maravilloso y privilegiado; pudimos disfrutar de la tinaja con una vista absolutamente increíble, la bienvenida y desayuno, perfectos, pero sobre todo el servicio, nos sentimos muy acogidas, realmente el servicio es insuperable, te atienden con real preocupación en los detalles, absolutamente recomendable.

Resolvi fazer avaliação para ajudar pessoas que como eu escolhem bem hotel e analisam os comentários, e deste hotel não vi nenhum atualizado! Estivemos 5 dias em puerto varas e ficamos 4 noites no Cumbres e como não havia mais uma diária resolvemos ficar no hotel casa Molino! Minha experiência foi diferente do que imaginava, por ser boutique achei que o hotel teria uma experiência superior, devido ser intimista! O hotel , a estrutura muito bonita, limpa! Pontos negativos: o quarto não tem ar condicionado, chaleira elétrica, cafeteira! Pagamos o mesmo valor que estava no Cumbres e lá o quarto muito maior, com mimos, chinelo , cafeteira, alem do café da manhã maravilhoso que contava até com salmão! Café da manhã do hotel molino muito a desejar, somente essa mesa e daí podia pedir um suco de laranja e ovos mexidos! Acredito que casa Molino tenha muito a melhorar, aumentar a equipe! Jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel, e a qualidade inferior aos outros da cidade!

Lindo lugar, se garantiza buen descanso y a una distancia perfecta de caminos principales y ciudades. No tiene atractivos para niños pequeños (tampoco funciona TV cable). Ideal para parejas, no para familias (lo que no es fácil de deducir de antemano)
