Staff and owner awful I would'nt recommend this hotel never, never, never to anyone 😡😡😡 BTW, It'snt in Bourg Madame (France), It's in Puigcerdà (Catalonia, Spain, ok? That's really a big problem, my friends! You know it... Spain is different (so bad); so, Catalonia is worst

A family trip to escape the heat of the plains this summer, and ended up here quiet by accident. A one-night stay edged to two and morphed into three as we became comfortable with the property and loved the environment around Puigcerda. The pool is great, the staff friendly and the restaurant very good ... I will return!

Superb restaurant but why is it not listed under restaurants? Note I had not stayed here but had booked a hotel in nearby Bourg Madame in France. However there was not a single restaurant open that evening in Bourg Madame. So I walked up the road towards Puigcerda and came across this hotel. There were also a couple of other restaurants nearby but they didn’t look attractive. I checked that’s they served non-residents and ordered the €27.50 menu. It was superb with so many potential choices that I fancied. I also ordered a bottle of reasonably priced Rioja Crianza which they kindly kept half back as I had already decided I would be back the following evening. I ended up eating there every evening of the five nights I stayed in Bourg Madame. It was only an 8 minute walk. I intend returning to stay at the hotel at some future date with my wife and possibly some friends. Possibly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, especially for the price. And I am well travelled.

The Hotel del Prado is truly wonderful. The staff are helpful and kind, the hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel has a wonderful yard and an indoor lounge for relaxing. The location is convenient for activities in and around Puigcerda. And there is a full-service restaurant on-site. Enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived after a long day on road bikes. Cold and tired we were were looking forward to relaxing in the featured jacuzzi. This was closed and staff were unable to heat sauna. Pool was freezing. Apart from this the stay was ok. Staff was friendly. Rooms clean. Covid-restricted breakfast unimpressive but ok.

I would like to stay at this hotel again, but on the far side from the road. The good: the pool and garden are lovely spots. The less good: during summer, there is no AC in the room so you have to open the windows. The traffic on the nearby road was so loud at times that I couldn’t hear somebody else in the room talking. At night the outside traffic made it difficult to sleep. I’d stay again if I knew I could sleep away from the buildings or anytime besides summer.

Yo voy bastante,a mi me gusta, claro que tiene sus cosillas. Este año no tenian la piscina climatizada y me hubiera encantado darme un bañito. La recepción depende la persona que esté es agradable o no.

Rodeado de una gran zona ajardinada, ofrece Spa y piscina Su privilegiada ubicación permite a los clientes realizar todo tipo de actividades lúdicas: rutas de senderismo, BTT, esquí, y descubrir la autenticidad de los pueblos y el entorno natural de la Cerdanya Montse, la directora, fue súper amable, ¡tuvimos muy buena conexión con ella! Desde el principio nos sentimos como en casa. El hotel es genial! muy bien decorado. Especialmente ahora en navidad, lleno de detalles Las habitaciones son comodísimas y calentitas, el baño estaba muy limpio y espacioso con todo lo que necesitamos ducha, toallas, gel, champú, secador... ¡El desayuno buffet fue increíble! zumos fruta fresca, cereales, quesos, jamón Deliciosa panadería y todo tipo de panes. ¡Realmente hemos disfrutado el desayuno! Café, té y chocolate con leche, ¡muy buen café! ¡El mejor desayuno que hemos probado jamás! Mucha energía para iniciar cargar pilas en nuestro día de sku Todo el personal fue super amable. Iván y Magali me contestaron al teléfono y su actitud es excepcional, todo nos lo pusieron muy fácil ¡Fue una estancia corta pero intensa! ¡Tenemos que volver, seguro! ¡Definitivamente hotel el Prado es un paraíso en Puigerda!
