Next to the main street of Kuta, the sanitary conditions are good and there are no mosquitoes. It is the first choice for those who are afraid of small animals. There is a swimming pool for swimming, each room has a balcony, and there are cool hangers on the balcony. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and various small shops and tourist shops. shop. Kuta was basically born for surfing. There are many white people here, and occasionally they can meet Chinese people. Ronin usually gather in small towns. During the day, they rent motorbikes to TANJUNGANN to wait for the waves to surf. When they come back at night, some people rent homestays. There are many supermarkets here. Walking towards the beach on the main street, there is a farmer's market in the morning, where you can sell seafood, meat, vegetables and food.

This hotel is beautiful.!! The rooms could be cleaned better but we had a great stay. The pool is nice and the rooms are spacious and private. We would return. The hotel isn’t in Kuta so be prepared to hire a motorbike if you want to leave for the day. There is also a kettle in the room and free water. As someone who is Gluten free there was food available but the staff couldn’t understand the concept.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

Pros: friendly staff, quiet resort. Cons: old and run down. Kids club was a joke. Duplo pieces were dirty and dusty. Basically it was set up by the pool as they are redoing their old space so the only toys they had were dirty and broken. Nothing was really organized. Son was excited for water gun games and the water guns were all broken. Scavenger hunt entailed handing beige Easter eggs within the small surrounding by the pool. Very disappointed. Food was overpriced and bad. Drinks also overpriced. We learned this when we hired a car to a nice resort and beach 20 minutes away and discovered the food was delicious, price was 1/3 of this one and the sand and beach there was much better. It’s an old run down hotel. We say it’s quiet but really there wasn’t many people there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

By now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. Stayed for 2 nights. Generally okay for the price location was good too- just a 5 minutes walk to the bustling stretch. The room was cosy and generally clean, though there were some tough stains on the bedsheets and blankets, which were still bearable. The toilet was relatively huge with a bathtube and rainshower. Since its a semi-open air toilet, don't yet surprised to see some harmless bugs around. Do also note that they do not provide bedroom slippers anymore, so if that's a concern, do bring your own! They do provide breakfast too and one thing I appreciate is that it's an all day breakfast (literally), where it starts at 7am and ends at 7pm. The food choices were good and portions were huge.

We came here with a group and stayed a week. Would have left earlier if we were traveling alone and had not paid in advance. Arrived late the first night in a group of 9 and it was obvious we were not expected until the next day. My partner and I were given a room which had a bed and a chair only, no other furniture, nowhere to put clothes or lay out personal items. The shower was cold (despite supposedly having hot and cold water), the towel rail came out of the wall when I tried to put my towel on it and the toilet rocked from side to side when I sat on it. Also did not flush properly. Dirty bathroom. Next day asked for another room and were moved to a VIP room. Bigger room with TV, a long wall table, a chair and mosquito net over the bed, but still nowhere to put clothes. I managed to get one hot shower (in the filthy shower stall) for the rest of the stay. The smelly bathroom flooded each time because of blocked drains taking about an hour to finally clear. If you needed to use the toilet in this time, your feet were in the water and clothing got wet. None of the glass doors to the rooms had been cleaned for some time with grubby hand prints and smudges noticeable. For breakfast there was a choice the first day of omelet, pancake or poached eggs. I ordered the poached eggs which came with 2 slices of plain bread, no butter or jam and no salt for the 2 poached eggs. When I requested these from the young lady serving us, the long face and scowl. This was to be the start of my day for the rest of the stay. When I spoke to the owner/manager about getting a toaster with the analagy of eating plain untoasted bread was like eating uncooked rice, he produced a sandwich toaster which at least did the job. After the first day, the rest of the group arrived and we made a total of 15,so breakfast was changed to a ”buffet” which consisted of 3 choices - pancake, omelet (or scrambled eggs) or fried rice. These were placed in square metal bain Marie pans with lids but with no means to keep them warm. If you came later for breakfast, the food was cold. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was clean but could do with a few outdoor tables and chairs as the bean bags are not the easiest thing to get out of if you are on the senior side or have bad knees. Only 3 rooms had outdoor seating which meant staying in the room otherwise.

This bad review, is because of how the front desk clerks changes the way they want to regard on the offer, i know that price of a hotel can change and depends on the pick time and all, but this time is really out of the ordinary, why i say this, its because they raise their price just because i called the second time in just few hours gap, crazy part is because i want to make a booking, and not just for a night or 2 but for 3 night, they knew that so he raised the price and when i asked them i would like to talk to the manager because i find it fishy, but he responded by saying he will delivery my concern,he also insist on me closing the phone and that he will call back, but when i said ill wait i dont mind waiting, but he didnt want me to like he didnt want me to listen to his conversations with manager, and also he said that he need this line to call the manager but i can hear him already talking to one other guy i dont know if its the manager or not but the guys sound like a manager, and when i insist on hold ing and waiting by the phone then he come back and tell me that he had talk to the manager but what he had said to the manager is different then what is happening, he basically said that ” i had fine a cheaper price then what the front desk clerks are offering me” which i have not said that and i didnt want to even said anything regard to that what i wan to say and ask, is that why they change the price and make it more expensive just in few hours after my first call? The thing is the guy who ans my first call is the same guy who ans my scnd call. The reason that force me to make this review is that this guy really refuse me to talk to the manager, and that hit me is that he said and i quote ” bapak dengerin saya ya”( his telling me to listen to him) why should i listen to him, he want me to listen to what he have to tell me,

The hotel is a very nice garden, a swimming pool in this luxurious vegetation, comfortable bungalows, well-thinking, a very careful, sympathetic, serviceable staff and a listening boss! 26 euros for this jewel , we think we dream !
