Pranphuntsok Kangsang Oxygen Hotel

Our first stop in Ngari, and the hotel room was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. We enjoyed a hotpot meal in the room, which was lovely and warm. The ingredients were fresh and clean, though the portions were huge – a single serving would have been enough for two people! The hotel also provided complimentary disposable oxygen tanks, which we could take with us. This was the first hotel we stayed at in Tibet that offered oxygen. My friend stayed in a standard room and could see snow-capped mountains in the morning.

Facilities: Excellent, with diffused oxygen supply. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Right opposite the snow-capped mountains, you can see the 'Golden Mountain' effect during sunrise. Service: Fantastic! You can order food to your room, and the dishes taste great too.

It's a dedicated building, feels a bit like a government guesthouse. The front desk and floor staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was spacious, and you could see the surrounding snowy mountains right outside the window – a really beautiful view. The restaurant food was also excellent. Overall, Pema Tsal Hotel is quite reassuring. The only minor issue was that the oxygen machine's screen suddenly lit up during the night and couldn't be turned off. I called for assistance, and they could only help by finding a towel to cover it.

The hotel's front desk service was warm and thoughtful. They even helped turn on the oxygen supply equipment and humidifier when we were taken upstairs. The room was clean, spacious, and well-lit. The breakfast was also rich in variety. This hotel is highly recommended in this area.

Overall, the hotel is very good. The staff are young but very friendly. We saw that our arrival time was almost 10 pm, so we asked the front desk. We could pre-order at the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient. When we arrived at the hotel at exactly 10 pm, the children had a hot meal, which tasted good! The only problem was that the breakfast had a limited variety.

To the west of Tibet, all the way to Ngari, and from Zhongba to Ngari, the average altitude is more than 4,000, which is indeed a bit overwhelming. In comparison, the altitude of Burang County is very good, more than 3,000. For people who have traveled all the way to Tibet to adapt to the high altitude, this altitude can be easily handled, which is considered very low. It’s not too far away from Mount Kailash, and it’s only about an hour’s drive away. Better than living at high altitude. The hotel is newly opened. I heard from the owner that it has been renovated for more than a year. Needless to say, it is safe. The building is home-made and the equipment is safe to use. It will be more convenient to travel after the airport opens. The hotel environment is very quiet and the bedding is comfortable, which is helpful for sleeping and ensures a good rest for the next day's itinerary. Breakfast is a buffet with many varieties. The steamed buns and steamed buns are all handmade. This is really nice, especially in such a remote county where supplies are not abundant in the mainland. Route 219 traveled to Tibet + Xinjiang. In the room, after learning that we had not eaten dinner, we immediately went to the restaurant to cook instant noodles for us. Our friends who were traveling with us were very touched and felt like home. The guest room is also very atmospheric, the mattress is very comfortable, and the hygiene is very clean. The room is specially equipped with a humidifier. I have a good rest throughout the night. The room is large enough, and the configuration and layout are very comfortable. The staff are also very professional, very skilled in responding to various inquiries, handle problems very well, and are able to provide services to customers. I really want to thank the two young brothers here. They are really heart-warming. One helped carry the luggage and the other helped cook the instant noodles. They really made the customers feel at home. They were very moved. (I usually stay at a five-star hotel.) There are also many hotels, but there are really not many people who cook instant noodles in the middle of the night. What you eat is not important.
