The room was spacious and the service was excellent. They even have 24-hour oxygen, and best of all, a massage chair! (Which is why I booked this place). It's such a lifesaver after a hike or a long road trip.

The Kailash Head Hotel offers a comfortable stay and thoughtful service. They provide portable oxygen concentrators and a 100-yuan subsidy, which greatly helps alleviate altitude sickness during the Kora, keeping you in good shape. This rechargeable oxygen machine was indispensable. Also, I highly recommend the chef's seasonal vegetable and beef hotpot; I asked the chef to add extra vegetables, and it came as a huge pot brimming with beef, various vegetables, and mushrooms.

The hotel gave us a free room upgrade, and the service was excellent. I'd say it's the best hotel around here.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, helped with our luggage, offered water, and even presented with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf). They escorted us all the way to our room, and their attitude was incredibly friendly throughout, with no hint of perfunctoriness. The room features smart controls for lighting and curtains, which was very convenient. But I have to give a special shout-out to the massage chair! It was a lifesaver for soothing aches and pains after a long road trip – they truly understand what guests need. The room was spotless, and the overall environment was very comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of thought into its service and details. This kind of experience is something I absolutely have to recommend to all my friends planning trips!

The sacred mountain was temporarily closed today! ⛰️ Once again, I felt the immense power of impermanence. My first pilgrimage around the mountain missed the chance to actually reach Mount Kailash; the previous glimpse of the mountain's true face was truly precious! I eagerly await my next pilgrimage.
