Tianma Hotel (Darchen, Mount Kailash Scenic Area)

The environment is great, and the air is fresh.

The hotel is very new, probably just opened. First, the location: the view from the window of Mount Kailash is amazing! Second, the decor: it seems to follow the Ji Hotel style, very refreshing, bright, and clean. Third, the bedding: very thoughtful, one soft pillow and one latex pillow, very comfortable. The room has a humidifier and 24-hour oxygen supply, perfect. The only two drawbacks are the hot water: it's inconsistent in temperature and flow, making it impossible to take a hot shower after the trek. Also, the laundry room is in a construction site because the hotel is newly renovated; it's covered in dust, and the drum walls are filthy—I didn't dare use it.

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: At least currently, no other hotel in Darchen Town can match the standards of a full-season hotel in mainland China. Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent, especially the receptionist, Ms. Xue, who was very nice and definitely deserves a thumbs up! 👍 (Recommended for the selection of tourism ambassadors in Ngari Prefecture)

In the high-altitude region of Mount Kailash, staying in such a hotel allowed us to get a good rest and replenish our supplies. The oxygen, floor heating, and breakfast were all excellent. We didn't experience altitude sickness and were in good condition!

This is a very new hotel with a bright and cheerful decor. Advantages: 1. High cost-performance ratio for its price range. 2. Strong heating. Disadvantages: 1. No housekeeping service; we contacted the front desk and they provided it, but they were short a pair of slippers. 2. The kettle in the room wasn't cleaned properly; there was still water inside on the first night, I don't know which guest left it. 3. The toilet wasn't strong enough; it almost overflowed. 4. One of the oxygen concentrators broke down on the second day. 5. No humidifier.

The owner is from Zhejiang, and the cleanliness and facilities are up to All Seasons standards. There was plenty of oxygen and heating. Most importantly, the owner upgraded us to a room with a view of Mount Kailash. Thank you so much! 🙏

The room facilities were new and in good condition, the staff were very friendly, parking was convenient, and there was a view of Mount Kinabalu. Highly recommended.

There's noise at night, seemingly from the air conditioner; it's very loud. People with sleep problems should be cautious. Also, the side bed doesn't have curtains, so light shines in at night, which also affects sleep.

The service was mediocre. When I asked the front desk in the morning, they said breakfast was sold out, and they replied that we came down too late. The oxygen supply in the room wasn't ideal either.
