We enjoyed our stay. 5 days was too short! The restaurant food was better than expected and they have a spa inside the hotel. The location was perfect! I would like to stay here again!

Always best place to stay here. I will repeat bring along my families to stay this hotel.

We stayed at Mimpi Perhentian Resort Hotel at the end of June for 3 days and 2 nights, and we regretted not booking a longer stay. Our sea view triple room was perfect for our little family of three, including our six-year-old boy. The resort offers the best views on Long Beach, and we loved the chill vibes in the morning and the lively atmosphere in the evening and night. Booking all our island trips through the hotel was super convenient since we could charge everything to our room. We did snorkeling during our island tour, which is an absolute must-do when you’re on the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and great water pressure for showers. The saltwater hotel pool was also charming and a great spot to relax. We appreciated having the staff handle our luggage and bags, bringing them from the jetty at Kuala Besut all the way to our room at the hotel itself, which was superb! The boat ride to the island was also great, seeming more luxurious than the ones offered by the other resorts on the island. Each and every single staff throughout the hotel was amazing and friendly; making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay, but no worries! There are plenty of cafes just a stone’s throw away with affordable, really good food covering almost all cuisines. A beautiful stroll away, these cafes added to the charm of our stay. Mimpi Perhentian truly is a dream come true. We can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect, all the staff is really kind and make a really good service, specially Fawaid. Good cleaning service and delicious food.

Overall great experience, resort is clean and in a perfect position. Service is a bit underwhelming and it seems no one can speak proper English

The location of Mimpi is situated well in terms of accessibility to the pier but it gets very busy and noisy. There was a function during my stay (which I did not know about) and the ladies were practicing the speech but the whole speech was on the microphone. I couldn’t enjoy the lunch with my friends as she did not practice only but talked and sang on the microphone and it was very disturbing. The staff is overall friendly but not aligning to what you pay. Breakfast was good but the same options every morning and not much healthy options available. The coffee machine had ants in it and got into the drinks. The restaurant overall is pricy. The room was good but the TV only had 3 channels that actually worked. Again the service and amenities does not align with the price paid per night. The swimming pool was great! If you want to relax and have peace and quiet, this might not be the best option.

If you want to stay at Perhentian Kecil Island, this is the best place. Even though the price a bit high but you'll get what you pay la unless you want to save cost, you can book budget one..but then don't complain la on what you've choose.. I'm traveling with 4 kids + 1 baby, so took this Mimpi Perhentian because it's just beside the jetty so no need rushing lar when you check out and chasing your boat.. Then got pool also, your kids confirm said not enough mandi laut.. Then can terjun kolam.. Just few things maybe can improve by Mimpi, on the breakfast need to add more variety of menus.. Rooms also a bit berpasir (sand).. Definitely will come back..

Location is amazing.. Just next to the jetty. Everything is good except the food. Breakfast need more varieties or quality food to suits their standard as a five stars hotel and the price u pay for a night. They do change the food every day but selections are sad and taste were so so. Definitely need a revamp on their food.

The place is almost perfect.. Except that it is not nice for Muslims. If you are bringing a family, perhaps you can consider other places than long beach.. Room not facing the sea. It is worth it to pay a bit extra to get a nice view Perhentian Island itself is very nice. Highly recommended

Really good location at the small perhentian island, just right to the jetty. Have a beautiful swimming pool.
