The elevators are graffitied, the room is dirty, holes in ceilings, exposed wires in the hallway, the lights outside our room in the hallway didn’t work, it’s under renovation, but not on our floor. The neighbors started loud music at 1 am, then woke us up at 6:30 am yelling/fighting. The toilet wont stop running unless you jiggle the handle for a bit. Breakfast was abysmal. Your choice was white bread, rice crispies, bran flakes, or a waffle. So, no real hot breakfast, as advertised. And there wasn’t even butter or jam for toast. If we hadn’t been so exhausted when we arrived, we would’ve left. Not getting any decent sleep was just the icing on top of a really awful stay. Definitely not a SLEEP Inn.

This hotel is not up to code. Yes this place is under renovation but everything is broken, and there is a lot of vandalism that has happened in the elevator. There were people fighting in the next room and my mother had to bang on the door for them to be quiet.

They are in middle of renovation work, which is definitely needed. Our room was just ok - clean and spacious, but had non functioning light, outlet, TV. Breakfast was weak - bread, cereal, coffee, waffles. No juice. Front desk clerk would disappear for long periods.

This hotel is very ran down. Our room had a sofa bed and when we opened it there were yellow and red stains all over bed. Which was so nasty no one slept in it. The bed had blankets that were very thin and itchy. The coffee machine and air conditioner had bugs coming out of it. The breakfast was very limited. Management was suspose to call me and never did and I tried calling and no one picks up. Do not stay here

First of all, I called and asked about a shuttle before I got there & they said they had one. I had to pay $20 to get to the hotel, no shuttle. When I get there, the clerk was nowhere to be found. I had to walk around to the Employees Only door & knocked on it. Then I'm told the elevator was out of order. I'm an amputee so an elevator is pretty important. The clerk did carry my bag to my room. I'll attach some photos of the room if this review allows me to, but let's just say it was pretty bad. Then the next morning when I went to check out, I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes & the clerk never showed up.

Upon checking in the sewage smell in the lobby area, no elevator to take us up to 5th floor, stairway was like a ghost town, roaches , urine were on the staircase. The stair case look like gravel on the road not paved or anything. A big hole was in the center of the bed. I cancelled the reservation immediately after seeing the room and the lady had me believe the money would be back on my card within couple days only to find out she didn't cancel the reservation. It was very AWFUL.

We stayed on May 27 before we left the following day for a cruise from the Port of Baltimore. While we were only charged $25 before taxes, they should have paid us to stay there. This place should be condemned! The elevators had not been working for weeks yet they did not tell us that when we made the reservation. Our room was not clean. The carpet was dirty. There were stains on the lampshade beside the beds and on the headboard. The light was broken over the sink in our room. A couple of fellow cruise mates had a rodent in their room, only to be switched to a room with cockroaches. The ice machine obviously had been totally disassembled for some time. The hallways we were forced to use because of the broken elevators were smelly, filthy with sticky floors and littered with trash, cigarette butts and drug paraphernalia. Because the elevators weren’t working and we did not feel safe leaving our heavy luggage in our car overnight, the office said we could store it in a secured room behind their front desk, only accessible by staff, until we left for the Port of Baltimore the next morning. When we checked the contents of our luggage before we left the hotel, a brand new expensive pair of grey Nike shoes was missing. It was the worst hotel stay ever!!! We would rate this hotel a “Zero” if we could.

At check in, staff on duty couldn't find our reservation. I handed them my printed reservation through ParkSleepFly.com They still couldn't find it. They proceeded to explain also that their elevator wasn't operating, that they have no luggage carts and that they have no ground floor rooms. We turned around and left. I contacted ParkSleepFly.com (no phone number, only email) to cancel. Here's the catch: the hotels have to give you a cancellation number to enter on the ParkSleepFly.com cancellation page! I called the hotel staff and explained to them that I need a cancellation number. I was told that they don't even have our reservation number (I booked this room in APRIL?!) So I entered our reservation number twice on the cancellation page with ParkSleepFly, and it went through. If I don't get my deposit refunded, I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. Never again! This place is horribly maintained and managed. Go elsewhere!

I would bet money that this place is used to house the homeless population through the state. Dangerous creepy looking people were in cars in the parking lot and stair wells. The elevator was out of service so we had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to the horrid room. The stairwell was so filthy and had creepy looking people standing around. I was very fearful of robbery or worse because they looked like those you see near Lexington Market. We opened the door to the 6th floor hallway and immediately a sewer smell hit my nostrils. We made it to the room just to find a blood??? Stained bed. We immediately left and cancelled the room. We slept in our car at a rest stop because it was so late. Run from this place.
