Checked in at 1 o clk ...rooms are stinky ....asked the staff to change the room...he said cannot I can give you this room only ....according to the front desk guy hotel is fully occupied and room service staff said hotel is 70% vacant

1 Star My wife and I arrived at Seven Apples on the first night of our wedding, expecting it to be a memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of our trip. When I made the booking, I clearly requested one double bed (not twin beds) and also mentioned that it was our wedding stay. I even requested a small romantic decoration—nothing extravagant, just something simple to make the occasion feel special. None of these requests were honored. We were given a twin-bed room with absolutely no decoration or acknowledgment of the occasion. The next morning, I spoke to the staff and requested that they change us to a room with a proper double bed. After returning from our wedding celebrations, we were shocked to find that the replacement room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was unbearable. For a hotel to assign a smoking-smelling room to newlyweds after being told the purpose of the stay is simply unacceptable. The room had no special setup, no effort, and no sense that anyone had even read the booking notes. It felt like every request we made was completely ignored. This wasn’t just disappointing—it completely ruined what should have been a special part of our wedding experience. We wasted money, time, and effort trying to communicate our requests, only to be met with indifference. If you’re booking this hotel for a special occasion and expect them to care about your requests or make even the smallest effort, don’t count on it. Based on our experience, they simply don’t.

Had a wonderful stay at 7 Apple viman nagar. Very cleanly rooms and polite staff. Room service was top notch. The front desk staff Pranav and Vinay were very helpful. Highly recommended

A big thank you to Pallavi at the front desk, who ensured our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle free. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His welcoming attitude made a great first impression. Overall, a comfortable stay , highly recommend this Hotel!

I stayed at hotel for my buisness trip to pune the room given was very clean and nice the staff was supportive for the each and every thing needed to me...the break fast was very tasty and had good speard for buffett the service provide at restaurant by Himanshu was very nice.. The front desk team was professional to there work specially Nishant satish and manager shrimanta.
