The location of this proprty is apt, they served us chai as welcome drink which was refreshing because we checked in during the evening after a long day of trqveland this hotel also has a roof top pool.

Cockroaches in room and also on breakfast counter. Small insects hovering over breakfast counter. Very unhygienic place to stay.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

Worst hotel ever rooms have smell and no Ac was not working at the reception. Rooms where not ready when we reached in the evening. Rooms were very small and staff is not at all supportive look for other hotels this is just of no use don't go this hotel with its reviews this doesn't worth it.

It's almost every alternate month and I am typing this after loosing complete cool after current stay. I have been more than patient but the service at this hotel is similar to a lodge! Absolutely pathetic. To begin with on day two they leave my rooms door open after room cleaning , I walk in at night after a long day at work to find my room open, unattended and they have no responsibility but just suggested me to check if anything was lost!!! No apology unless asked for. Its summer at peak in Pune and they maintain a centralised temperature that would be around 24-25 degrees during peak summer day and night! To add on to the misery their air conditioners cooling doesn't work, so you feel suffocated. I complaint for the first two days, no one did anything. Third day I have them the key at the reception to check if ac needs to be fixed or change my room. I don't get any calls for switching the room or anything. I get back from work at night, the ROOM IS UNCLEANED despite of giving the key and requesting and Ac shows room is at 25.5 I loose my temper and ask them why the Ac is not fixed and they send a technician at 11:15 pm who then tells me the cooling is less and I should change my room this is all on 3rd night of my stay at 12 am they offer me a smaller room on a way lower floor. Am I paying 5k a night for this???? The manager on duty tells me that's all he can do. Or send a cooler. I literally slept with a cooler in this so called 4 star hotel. Day 4 I leave the key again at the concierge in the morning and request for room to be cleaned and see if AC can be fixed. If not call and inform I'll see if I want to change the room. I was called and told we can offer you a lower category room on 3rd flr (I am on 7th) which is the only room in the hotel that has a better AC. I said I'll see after I get back. I walk in at 10:30pm, room uncleaned and AC showing room is 27c. I am frustrated with the service. They suggested we didn't clean the room because we'll what if you changed the room, why to clean it. Now as I type it is 11pm and someone is cleaning my room. I check out tomorrow and I don't think I'll ever stay here again. So if you want bad service, pay 5k a night, rot in summer. This is your place to be!

Room serenity is excellent. Bed linen was of top class. Pillow and pillow cover was soft and beautiful ❤. There was writing table in room. They keep paper folder, letter head and envelope in room amenities. Really liked it. The food menu had lot if choices and taste was extremely lip smaking. Server did splendid jod in our tennure of stay.

Food was very good Breakfast was superb. 5star category nearby to station and airport The ambience is very good Room r good......... Overall very good stay with good management. Will recommend everyone to visit the hotel and try the hospitality of every employee

The overall experience was excellent.The stay was great and the facility was nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The service was nice and the receptionist was nice and calm during the entire checkin and checkout process. Would recommend the stay for family as well as couples.

The hotel is Centrally located and room size is decent however Go there on your own RISK The Restaurant manager Visal is overworked and always busy without work :) 1. As an in-house guest, I went to have lunch @ 2:30 pm and was the only patron in the restaurant and was told by Visal to order a-la-carte as hotel was on low occupancy. 2. After 30 mins when I asked about my order, I heard a casual 'Sorry Sir we are Busy' 3. Didn't have Tissues on my table for 30 mins, one of the managers took the tissue holder and never returned for 10 mins :) 4. Visal somehow decided to conveniently forget about Thai Curry I ordered and started arguing unapologetically in front of his GM Mr. Rajeev who tried to salvage the situation. 5. But the BEST PART was when @8:35 am next day I went down to have BF and didn't see place-cards in front of the dishes confusing Veg & Non-Veg dishes. When I asked Visal about it, I again herad the same 'Sorry Sir we are Busy' :) 6. When I asked him what keeps him so busy to be unable to put the Name-Cards for over an Hr. (BF starts @ 7:30) and confusing Veg & Non-Veg dishes, He started Arguing and this time was shouting on the top of his voice saying things like I DONT CARE ABOUT THIS JOB, YOU CANT TALK TO US LIKE THAT (Like What? I Wondered). Anyways, Long Story short, Go there if you want to get humiliated. And if you think you have been lucky so far not to face it; it wasnt your luck, "Sorry Sir Visal was Busy" :) P.S. Stay was good. In room dining service needs to be improved, it took a lot of time. Room Maintenance could be improved. Other than that staff is very good and hospitable. Recommend it for short stay or business trip. Room cleanliness could be improved a bit.
