Room were I stayed was very spacious with big bed were three people can sleep comfortably , It also has double door fridge, oven, tea kettle and induction. Room was having balcony, this is first time I saw a hotel with balcony. Its great. Food in Kasba restaurant is having variety of options. Staff was very courteous and helpfull Great and comfortable stay. Will recommend it to other

I had a pleasant stay at the royal orchid hotel, The room was decent in size with nice view and good option in minibars the food was excellent, good option in breakfast in restaurant adding to the value of money. Thanks to entire royal orchid Golden Suites team.

Stayed here for three days. The food was really good and the service was also courteous. Appreciate the chef and team for the effort that goes into ensuring a different menu everyday and providing tasty food. The rooms are also super spacious and the attached balcony was a major attraction. Loved the stay and will definitely return Room is very big with a fridge, oven and basic kitchen facility. Room is well maintained and cleaned Food is good with good options. We had breakfast at restaurant had good varity. their staff are very competitive and helpful.

It was my first stay in a suite, it was a great feeling. I got a upgrade to a better suite while checking-in. The view from the balcony was good, with a view of trees. Suite also had a good balcony. All the rooms, washroom were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. There's also a garden just to walk around. Thanks to the reception at the team for making my first suite stay even better

Checkin experience was very smooth. Ms Labini mam was very warm and welcoming. During lunch time i was served by Ms Sakshi mam, she took order very nicely and also she was very warm and professional while serving. Ms Punam mam maintained smile throughout the day, her presence was very nice at the reception.

Liked the hotel, Location was good service was nice staff really good and friendly, Ready to accommodate all request made by us. Room was very spacious clean and comfortable, Restaurant was good like the deck area with complete green view. Really enjoyed the stay and will come back again for sure

The management and all the staff of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. They made our stay there very comfortable and pleasant. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offers a good choice of foods from a buffet of Indian food to a good selection of European choices. We will definitely be staying there again.

Spacious room for one - a sofa, huge TV that can be rotated, coffee table, a big soft bed,lots of pillows, functional AC, spacious toilet and basin area,kitchen with induction stove, microwave and a medium sized fridge with freezer. Two tables, one rotating chair, two glass bottles of water, mugs, 1 glass on room table and 1 glass in the washroom for gargling. coffee powder sugar, and milk powder. service staff were great though.

Pros: 1) The hotel rooms are spacious with big clossets and washrooms. 2) the hotel staff is cooperative. Front Desk Officer Punam is very welcoming. Nisi and Mandhar at KASBA are very hardworking. Mahesh and Gopesh do the room service and housekeeping very well. Hotel Managers Prashant and Ajit listen to the needs of guests and try to make our stay comfortable. During my stay of 1 month i have observed only two things which not went well and mentioning here so that REGENTA Hotel Management can improvise them :- Cons. 1) the hotel hygiene is not maintained like other 4 star hotels. 2). RO water is not of good taste. As the city Pune is more vulnerable to water born diaeases like Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) so the management should proactively adopt the water treatment solutions. Thank you for nice hospitality.

I came here for a dinner at kasba, buffet was having good options .............. Staff are also very polite and courteous........ Location is also great..... Good place for party or get together...... Will recommend it my friend..........
