Hotel location is OK, there are some scattered shopping malls nearby, the distance is within 5KM, the train station is across the street. The facilities are relatively complete. The gym has enough aerobic equipment and less anaerobic equipment. Basically it is a set of dumbbells and a chest pusher. The pool and spa are just outside the gym. I tend to have three meals a day at the hotel. Breakfast, 70 RMB, more dishes and more seats; Chinese, dinner, and buffet dishes are a bit Indian, and I don't take care of tourists from other countries.

Pros: ------- - It's in Vi*** Nagar and hence very close to Airport (5 mins by car - w/o traffic). - Decent Parking space is available for cars as well as 2-wheelers - Hotel as well as rooms are very neat, clean and spacious. Very well maintained and very sensibly done. Tea/Coffee maker and Mini fridge was also very handy. No complaints at all !! - Lift is there. Hence suitable for senior citizens and specially-abled people as well. - Staff is prompt, helpful and courteous. - Kitchen is open 24*7. We ordered quite late. However got really tasty food. Improvement areas: --------------------------- - Buffet was complimentary and tasty. However the spread was quite limited. On de***d, you can get Omelettes etc. Overall, had a very pleasant stay here and will be more than happy to stay here again.

The hotel itself is fine, international standards. The headache is that this hotel doesn't seem to be doing business every day and engages in many social activities. The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. Every day from 1pm to 10pm, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room followed the shock, which was too tormenting. In order to earn some extra money, I completely ignore the guests.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

The food served at Piramisa is really delicious. The entire staff is very courteous, kind and extremely helpful. Especially A*** and Haridas, who ensured that we had a fabulous dining experience. My only feedback is to extend the breakfast timing till 11 so that we don't need to wake up so early during our vacation :P
