The hygiene was acceptable, but the room was freezing in the middle of winter with no heating, and there weren't any extra blankets. The toilet was clogged, and the hairdryer was broken. The facilities at the hot spring center were also poorly designed; I walked around for ages and couldn't find a single counter to exchange for fresh towels. The only saving grace was that the water dispenser was working, so at least I could get a drink.

It was my first time to come to Panlong Bay. I heard from friends that it was pretty good here. After I came here, I found that the environment of this single-family villa and wooden house was not very good. One was the smell of sewerage in the toilets in the room, and the layout of the soaking pool and yard was also bad. Somewhat unsatisfactory. It may be because it was too busy during the National Day. The public trash cans outside the villa were not cleaned in time. There was a lot of garbage piled up and there were more mosquitoes. The hot spring water in the public area pool is real, but the room facilities need to be improved. I originally wanted to live in a wooden house, but when I saw that the facilities in the wooden house were worse, the rooms were older and the layout was worse, there was still room for improvement. After all, the price was not high. Cheap. I hope businesses will pay attention to it

The room was initially arranged on the lower floor of the garden room. I booked three rooms, but the smell was super smelly after I checked in. The house had just been cleaned by my aunt. The house smelled very old and had a bad smell. It would be better if the attic was replaced later. But, but, the attitude and service of the aunties in the hot spring center are really super bad.

環境很好，而且很大。房間裏還有木桶泡温泉♨️房間配了免費的泡澡袋，很衞生乾淨。這個景區應該開了有很多年了，看得出來以前開業的時候很豪華的。出來還有室外温泉，去到園區裏面的服務員就遞上來兩杯涼茶，整體很不錯[強][強][強]

去潮州玩的路上，下高速來到普寧，體驗了下朋友家開的普寧美食店，雲落炒粿確實可以。抱着試一試的心態去體驗下朋友介紹的這家老牌温泉酒店，體驗結束感覺還不錯，家人們玩得很開心，尤其是小孩子。温泉水滑，環境很好，花園是真有漂亮的花，可惜來晚了，天冷，風吹花落，太可惜。自助餐菜品很豐富，餐廳員工推薦的洪陽粿汁，第一次吃，還不錯。房間沒碰到特別差，還挺乾淨衞生[強]

挑挑選選，最終還是帶着家人選擇了這裏 特意選在春節後，價格便宜的時候，總體感覺還不錯，有吃有玩有花賞，小孩子玩雪玩的很開心，就是買到了沒有泡池的房間，下次過來我要選有泡池的！

設備齊全，環境舒適，三五知己一起喝點小酒聊聊天挺好的地方推薦大家過來體驗，帶家人小孩過 來玩也是不錯的選擇 停車場很大，免費停車 很方便，服務很好 推薦

房間居住感覺還好，但不值這個價格！温泉~根本不值這個價格，太爛了，衹能泡腳（漂浮物太多了）餐標~根本就是垃圾！沒人手=沒服務=沒標準（看圖對號入座）昨天晚上的都沒有整頓好真無語！

性價比絕了！房間寬敞明亮，通風效果好，裝修簡約大氣。樓下都是花海，很適合拍照，工作人員態度親和，有問必答，自助餐種類豐富新鮮，住得舒心又安心～

普寧的寶藏地，度假聖地，住得很舒服温泉又大又多池。 很慵懶的度假體驗，配備了浴缸，兩個洗手間，鳥語花香，普寧到處都是美食。 就是男湯櫃子那裡的男服務員，問他話，竟然鳥都不鳥我，管理層怎麼搞的，希望把他開除，或者開會培訓一下，不要被他一個人破壞了整個度假村

住宿品質不錯～衞生到位，隔音效果好，近期總是失眠，好久沒睡這麼好的覺了，有事情找到前台回覆迅速，整體體驗感很好。

房間很大，比較乾淨衞生。套房兩個房間，適合度假。送温泉票，算下來比較划算。飯店的菜也不錯！套餐 188的晚餐，味道挺好，早飯普通一點。整體不錯！
