We had the pleasure of staying at the Lake Titicaca Hotel for a long weekend break in June. The whole experience was enjoyable from check in to when we had to leave. The staff were very attentive and flexible and were on hand to provide excellent service. The food and bar menu are all based on local cuisine which was all well prepared and flavoursome. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Puno so was a taxi ride when we wanted to go into town, but the hotel were happy to book the service from safe providers. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.

It's a really great hotel very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and warm. You even have an extra heater. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a large choice. We stayed 3 nights and ate all the time in the restaurant which was really good. You can see the kitchen through its big glass windows, its super clean and all the food is freshly prepared. There is a large choice on the menu. The Internet is very good in the common space and there is a fire where you can sit which is so nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places we stayed in Peru !

Stayed 2 nights. Location is far away from everything. Cleaning did not pick up dirty tea cups, pillows are child size. When ask for toothbrush, they charged. I had to move the fridge out to plug it to work, their internet sucks. I am sorry but I won’t give a 3 star to this hotel

Das Hotel mit direkter Lage am Titcacasee verfügt über moderne große Zimmer mit Blick z.T. direkt auf den See. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und die Zimmertüren nur mit geringer Geräuschdämmung. Der zweite Kritikpunkt ist die mangelnde Servicequalität, insbesondere im Restaurantbereich. Wir waren mit 13 Personen zum Abendessen, haben allein 60 Minuten auf die Getränkebestellung gewartet und erst nach 90 Minuten nur auf Aufforderung unser Essen erhalten, dass dann zum Teil kalt war. Diese Prozesse müssen in einem Haus dieser Größe dringend verbessert werden.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entkommen mit schöner Aussicht. Praktische Lage, um mit dem Boot Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück und essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker und es gibt sehr feine Drinks an der Bar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wahnsinn, nach uns wurden die Erwartungen für einen solchen Preis übertroffen. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen.

Recomendo demais, estadia ótima
Gostei muito, quarto amplo, cama confortável, aquecimento no quarto, quarto limpo, café da manhã 10/10, ainda flexibilizaram um pouco o horário dele pelo horário da saída do nosso ônibus do terminal terrestre de puno. Os funcionários também foram super atenciosos, fizeram uma surpresa super fofa para o nosso aniversário de namoro e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive táxi para os passeios etc.
Ah e a vista do quarto é magnífica, era exatamente o que queríamos, algo que nos desse vista para o lago e ao mesmo tempo o conforto e facilidade do continente já que nossos horários estavam apertados para ficarmos em Uros
