We had a lovely 2 night stay at Sonesta Posadas Del Inca and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling to Lake Titicaca. Absolutely lovely location by the lake, with stunning views and a wonderful restaurant. Making our stay even more special were the wonderful restaurant staff, and in particular Flor, who was our waitress. Flor made our experience so much more memorable as her beautiful, friendly personality added to the lovely dining experience, and being able to have a lovely quick chat to her to find out about her life in Puno really was a delight. She should be commended for her wonderful customer service.

The rooms are really basic with no frills industrial style walls. The fridge does not work. The TV is difficult to figure out you have to select the HDMI 1 and several other buttons on the remote to get access to a limited number of channels. The view on the lake is calming and comforting. The restaurant is located a ten minutes drive from the city of Puno so you will need a taxi drive to go there. Only 10 to 12 Soles. The water front is one of the best feature of the hotel, with a nice deck view. The water was not clean and had several plastic bottles. The hotel staff should do a better job maintaining the site on a splendid view of the Lake. The restaurant is also basic but solid food. Love their chicken panned dish. But it is normally only for children.

Very happy with this hotel. Stayed here a few days during our trip to Puno. The staff was friendly, attentive, and most important, the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable with room overlooking the Bay Area. Yes, they have alpacas cutting the grass lol. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Free WiFi. Hotel has a restaurant inside. We’re typically not hotel restaurant people, but we were forced to eat here the first night. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the restaurants we visited. The chefs did a fantastic job with the food. We voluntarily ate here one other time, tried different food, and it was still great! They have a bar, lots of drinks, wine, and beers. However, the mixed drinks were a little different story lol. Not much experience with mixed drinks from what we noticed. Still a comfy place to relax and have some drinks with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and restaurant to eat at!

Great experience and excellent attention, the hotel has a perfect location just in front of lake Titicaca, I enjoyed the amazing view and I met Canela who is the baby Alpaca with just a couple weeks of born, you can see the entire Alpaca's family at the garden. Very good meal at the restaurant and very clean room. If you want to have a wonderful experience definitely you have to stay on this hotel, it's the best option in Puno.

Amazing service given by both the bellboy and reception staff. We were in need of a doctor and they helped us get one within 30 minutes. They also ran out and helped us buy the prescriptions that the doctor gave us, got them within 15-20 minutes. Super helpful! Great rooms, good food and an incredible view from the restautant overlooking Lake Titicaca.

It is a lovely hotel with great views and the staff are very good.
But a 4* hotel should at least have a kettle in the room - this just seemed poor.
We couldn’t get the aircon to work, but it wasn’t hot so not a big deal

The splendid view of Lake Titicaca makes this quite a special hotel. The grounds are pleasant to relax in and there were Alpacas grazing right outside our hotel room. The hotel itself could do with a major update as the decor is tired and sound insulation between rooms is poor.The bar staff could be friendlier, they need a crash course in hospitality. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff too but the portions are massive. It’s too far to walk into the centre of Puno and there isn’t much else around.
