I’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others. My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

The food was generally good, but dinner at the Space Walker restaurant was not tasty. The salmon was not good.

There were spoons in the room, the buffet food is terrible, the food on the menu is the only good one.

The service was very good, the facilities are beautiful and spacious. My first recommendation is to find your way around and know where the golf carts go so you don't have to walk so much. Remember that everything has an extra service: dinner with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, breakfast in pajamas, slime, photos by a professional photographer, and a birthday cake, but all of this requires prior arrangement.

The hotel is excellent for children, they have several activities in which they can have fun, they have a variety of foods, at dinner there are some restaurants that require reservations but have no additional cost, drinks and food are included in the reservation, they have an application in which you can see the activities that will take place during the day and thus plan what you want to do, the hotel is located in Uvero Alto, approximately 20 minutes from the hotel zone of Punta Cana. I booked through Trip and they resolved any questions I had, recommended

The food is terrible, the buffet is an inedible place, we had to speak to the manager to give us reservations at the a la carte restaurants where the service and food is very tasty.

Very good hotel, we all enjoyed it to the fullest. The food is good. They have opportunity to add more transport cars.
