Really enjoyed the entertainment, and restaurant dining. Did not like the breakfast buffet. Property was dirty throughout, including the bedroom.. there were no towels in my bedroom. It took two days to get them..
room and property were in need of maintenance repairs. Maintenance repairs are simply masked, not actually addressed.. pool area, loungers and barstools had mildew buildup on them. And overall the staff was not polite or attentive

Please don’t spend your money here. While the beach views and the pools are great, everything else is not. My room had a broken lock, did not have a peep hole, the toilet did not flush, and room service would knock on our door almost every morning at 8 AM.

This resort needs to be removed from *******. Forget about the rude service, horrible rooms, inability to get things as simple as towels and toilet paper but the overall cleanliness in the buildings and where you eat is not acceptable for a 2 star. The kicker for me is that both my daughter and I are suffering from food poisoning. We went to the onsite Dr and apparently we were 2 of at least a dozen here. Nothing like having to fly home in this state.
Please do not book here. I did give them Cudos on the beach property. It is one of the nicest beaches we have been on.

Staff was somewhat friendly. None of the water sport activities listed were offered. Got sick off of some of the food. Had a hard time getting towels.

I do not recommend this hotel. Poor food quality/selection, limited outdoor beach chairs, and making restaurant reservations was inconvenient.

The grounds were beautiful. Well kept and very clean. The rooms were quite old and very damp. It felt like there was possibly mildew all around.

The property’s pool, beach and common areas/bars were great, however, the room was dingy, outdated, and the buffet food not good at all. The check-in process was also a nightmare and took over an hour to be assigned a room. Will not return to this property.
