Our stay at Breathless was incredible; the room was great, the food was delicious, but the whole experience was taken over the top by our VIP concierge, Pablo. We have stayed in many top-rated hotels and resorts all around the world, but we have never felt so safe and comforted as we did at Breathless. We received a text message from our VIP every day about what activities would happen on the property and when. We were also told many times if we had any problems to let him know or if we were looking to have any experiences or see any shows. He was able to connect the dots with everything. We felt like celebrities and because of it we had an amazing trip.

I come to the DR for work every couple of months and have stayed in a wide variety or resorts in/around Punta Cana. The staff was very friendly but I wouldn’t say that this resort is any better than most in the area. Expect music playing until late so a Great place if you want to go out and dance until 1:30a on most nights but I’d imagine it could be a little much for some folks who want a peaceful vacay. I brought my wife with me on this trip and we both enjoyed it.

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort and I really enjoyed myself. I was very impressed with our friendly and attentive the staff are at the resort. Miguel was our concierge and did an excellent job of keep us abreast of events each day and troubleshooting issues. We had some minor issues with our room involving our TV malfunctioning a few times and the patio light was out. The resort allows you to have a party vibe/chill vibe depending on what you are in the mood for. I do believe they should only have staff who are fluent in English to attend to room issues because there was a barrier with communication due to this.

Overall a nice resort. The food was mostly good and the service mostly good. It could be tightened up. The room that we had was showing some wear and painted poorly. Our service was good but the room service would screw up every other order. The resort provides a personal concierge which was very helpful. We used the spa and it was good. Overall it was good, not great. I will say that the resort is sitting on the best stretch of beach in the area. That alone makes this the best choice for this area.

The property was clean the service was exceptional the rooms were newly renovated and smelled wonderful.the ******* concierge was very helpful and help with reservation , everything was wonderful would definitely stay here again.

Overall the resort was really great. There were two evenings were the food situation was delayed. In addition the hibachi dinner was fun but the food, particularly the meat, was overcooked.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good and a variety as well. Hibachi restaurant was great. Only complaint is that the WiFi was not that great.
