Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames - All Inclusive

We loved our stay, our bed was wet upon arrival from dampness but everything else was great. Our phone also did not work and was not fixed but none the less we enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had stayed at the sirenis in Mexico so decided to try here. Certainly recommend!

The property was awesome! We had one of the best vacations ever. Freyli, Christopher, Andry and Luz went further an beyond to make our family vacations a paradice. Copa rescheduled our flight but Andry and Christopher solve our acomodation in a few minutes, and Luz and Freyli were alwayst on the top of every detail to ensure our trip was perfect. The hotel is beautifull but their staff makes the difference.

Stayed for 7 days and everything was fantastic! Staff were all fantastic and friendly and grounds were all very clean!!!!

The staff was not friendly, some were but terrible service, the food wasn't the best, we had to change rooms due to smell and cleanliness. Never again lots of flies all over by the bbq area by the beach, they need to re do that area, its old and dirty.

Our stay was amazing. Room was always clean and fully equipped. Food, facilities, activities were top-notch. But what makes the difference is the people. The employees at the hotel take pride on delivering a great service. Always friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

The property is large but after the first day everything is easy to find. There are several restaurants. French restaurant had the best chocolate lava cake, my husband's cake was prepared with dolce de lece, just the way I ordered, tiramisu was great as a surprise desert at the Japanese. The Japanese had the best show during dinner, Midetteranian had great food, but took forever. Brazilian was not good, skip it, got food poisoning after steak. The buffett is pretty good, lots of choices and very fresh options available, although not everything is super fresh, but the food is cooked all the time, so possible to get freshly cooked. The fruit station was very good. The juice bar was nice. Lots of bars, lots of night entertainment, talented singers, activities people were fun and offered many things to do. All the shows were fun to watch. The coffee and ice cream shop at the entrance is great! The waterpark is fun for a day. The staff was great and always helpful. Bring medications with you in case you need it, the pharmacy is very expensive and the doctor is useless. google knows more. Overall a great stay. The beach and the pool areas were great! Would come back if there was a good deal. The room was clean, the ladies offered water in bottles and towels, if needed. The room was nice and big. All in all a great vacation!

The place is very nice indeed good for family, couples or even friends. However some of the hostess of the restaurant were not that friendly. But, we’ve met cool staffs as well and friendly too. Some food are okay, some are good. But over all my friends and I loved it.
