Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

The staff, especially Norris was fantastic and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I loved all of the activities that were available at the resort, especially the water aerobics, white party and silent disco!!

We came for a 50th birthday girls trip. 11 of us. Chocco was amazing by the pool. So fun and interactive. Norris was our butler. She went above and beyond for our entire group. She was so friendly and wanted our stay to be perfect. We appreciated her so much ! Will stay again and even request her if possible.

Property is clean and has many amenities and restaurants. The service is excellent. The butler service helps make everything better from stocking your fridge to help make reservations. Food choices have something for everyone. Great activities team with always something to do for those that don’t like to sit.

I really enjoyed the resort, food stafff and service was amazing. My favorite part of the trip was the our butler Norris. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs which made the trip very enjoyable.

We were here for 4 nights for our dad's 60th birthday. The staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE! They made my dad feel so special and went above and beyond to make his day memorable. The concierge service is a game changer! We would definitely be back and would recommend TRS to everyone!
One thing although to be weary about. They do try to force a Time Share on you. They disguise it as a "breakfast and tour" of the facility on your first morning there. But really it is just a time share. If you are willing to spend time and get the gifts then by all means. For us, we were sort of trapped into this on the day of my dad's birthday which wasted a bit of time during the day.
Overall definitely recommend 10/10!

Our butler Rodney was so amazing he made our stay stress free and enjoyable. He went above a beyond for us. We didn’t have to worry about anything. He took care of it all. I would definitely recommend TRS
