Catalonia Punta Cana - All Inclusive

The service leaves much to be desired; the staff are not very welcoming. I had problems with the room – it smelled of mold and had dampness. But they quickly moved us to a better room.

In addition to experiencing the unbeatable sea view in Miami, we spent three full days in Puntacana. This is a seaside resort that customers strongly recommend us to relax. It is cost-effective for food, drink and wallet. Different stage programs are arranged every night, and young people who like nightlife will not be bored. As for our parents with children, the hotel has arranged three meals a day, and you can choose to have a buffet breakfast in two different restaurants. Lying on the bed by the beach at night and counting the stars ⭐️ is really healing. I will also strongly recommend my friends to go on vacation. The only drawback is that it is too difficult to make appointments for Japanese restaurants, steakhouses, and Spanish restaurants that require self-booking, which is unreasonable for travelers who only stay for 2 days. It is almost impossible to make appointments for these restaurants on the second day on the day of check-in, please improve.

Good hotel, but the shower space is very small. The rest is ok.

We think the resort is good, but the administration needs to improve a lot as we encountered several errors during our stay.
