Very poor service and rude staff. Advertises full board as including all meals amd drinks but was refused water. Worth noting that you get only 30 minutes for dinner, so very restrictive schedule. Room was passable, although the AC was over loud. Otherwise good location.

Hotel was good. Food in restaurant was amazing. Very good personal in restaurants and bar. Waiter ismael and barman Raul was very cool, polite and the care about every detail. I will come back soon.

Dear Barcelo Punta Umbria thank you for the perfect stay in your hotel. This is second time we´visited this hotel and it was great again. Great enterntainment, four different restaurants with delicius food and drinks, beautifull beach. I really reccomend this hotel for families. Hope to see you again:-)

Great spot for a conference - our company was able to reserve the whole hotel b/c it was during off-season. Rooms were great, staff was great, building next door is equipped with auditorium and many conference rooms - enclosed bridge connects both buildings. Two buffet cafeterias next to each other - food was just ok but whole range of choices. Also bar area w/ great outdoor patio in the main hotel building. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful! A few criticisms - very easy to get lost when looking for your hotel room. Feels like a maze. Also unsure how the elevator worked so used the stairs all the time. Also I wish the door had a peephole - someone knocked on the door very late at night but I didn't want to open the door b/c I had no idea who it was. Rooms cleaned daily - very nice/clean. Bathrooms include bidet too - spacious showers include shampoo and body gel/conditioner dispensers, and sink area includes soap & body lotion dispensers. Room also includes mini-fridge and a huge flatscreen TV. Bed was comfy. Lights/air/heat only work w/ your room key card - you might request two if you want to keep the room a certain temperature while you're away. Nearest airport in Seville - about 2.5hr shuttle ride. Beach is about a 10-min walk - sunrise & sunset are a must-see.

We arrived to our room and it was dirty, behind the kids bed, looked like it was not cleaned for ages. The first few days we thought that out bed mattress was bad, not comfortable, the bad shaked a lot. Then we figured out it was broken. We talked to the staff, never fixed. The restaurant food is mediocre, don’t get fooled by the fancy names, and Italian, Mexican, American restaurants. The food is tasteless and cheap at best. The animation in the pool is nice, and kids entertainment is good.

The worst hotel experience ever! I have never seen such a dirty and disgusting hotel room with damaged and outdated furniture. The hotel staff is totally over-whelmed and it took them over 4 hours to get our room changed and checked in. This hotel is definitely not worth staying at.

Great stay. Excellent spot for families with kids; Very good animation team; Good buffet with variety with excellent restaurant services; Wifi does not cover all the pool area but pretty reasonable in room and around the premises.

Awful costumer service, cleaning and catering. One out of four different restaurants open, when the website says only one would be closed in the off-season period. Only Spanish speaking entertaining staff.
