Beutiful Garden area & largest banquet. Nice pool. Near to sea beach. Nice room, helpfully staff, prompt service , good nature essence, food r awesome . Lots of photography place, every facility under one roof

This is one of best place in economy range to Stay in the Temple city of Puri. Well guarded from safety point of view. Clean room and sanitised toilet . Furniture also neat with adequate pillows and cushions. Staff including Mr Kumar and Ms Liza were very helpful and provided all necessary support ***** with guidance regarding places in and around Puri. On the whole our stay there was extremely pleasant.

Three hotels are located in one compound and Om Leisure Resort Puri is one of them. The food was good. The staff was very attentive n polite. The compound of the resort is pleasant n relaxing. Though it is bit away from beach, it gives one silence and peace. Pachkakarma Treatments are also available.

The hotel was booked for 3 nights. and from the experience I can say that this is worst decision to stay in this kind of hotel which lacks basic hospitality. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. Lady in-charge is unsupportive and unprofessional. The Hotel doesnt provide any amenities nor it responds to any request by the guests. For 03 days we keep on calling to replace the bathroom mug but it was not done. All infrastructure is in bad shape. The rates are not justified at all. A lodge of 600-700 rupees/ night provide better service as comparative to this hotel.

Hotel has nothing to be called a leisure resort. It was worst experience of my lifetime. Food is below average, service is pathetic, horrible toilets and non-cozy rooms. Imagine the hotel still has channel lifts. that crashes and malfunctioned twice and once their own staff was stuck in the lift for almost one hour. Don't ever opt for this hotel, there are ***y other good hotels nearby.

worst hotel experience, nothing is good about the hotel. No hospitability, the lift is broken and it's a channel type lift which was used long ago in times., worst food, the toilets are not clean, and no facility. Never going to stay in this hotel again nor I will suggest anyone.

terrible experience room are all broken and no proper service horrible experience I booked the hotel for 2 days only for swimming pool but inspite of requesting several time the hotel ***agement were not serious about cleaning the pool i went with my family and i was too far from sea sight even the auto they are not allowing inside and we have to walk and go inside the appartments its was a appartments all broken from inside even the washroom are all broken ,lift not functioning ,worst experience never visit again

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I have been to. Let me point wise mention the issues I faced: 1. the lift seems to stop working at random multiple times making my aged mother climb up and down the stairs from our room on 4th floor 2. When we went for breakfast and ordered an omelette we were told that onions were not available. 3. ordered 4 fresh lime sodas recieved each soda having a different taste one worse than the other and again they were out of straws 4. went to the swimming pool to fi d the pool hadn't been clean and the water was green from moss 5. if u didn't come in a electric toto or a car autos are not allowed beyond the main gate from where u have to walk for 2-3mins. 6. breakfast buffet the menu remains the same for all days with no change. 7. took an hour to restock the bread in breakfast buffet. 8. during our stay there was an instance with a guest where reception handed their room keys to another guest and they barged in the room . Overall its a horrible experience
