Really wonderful place for family. We stayed in room no 1003.(K***baki Building) the rooms are well maintained , comfortable and stylish. But rooms cleanliness not up to the mark.they should more focus on cleanliness. But foods quality is good.specially coastline dhaba food was really good worth it. The staffs are very humble and .. specially front office.. they always have a smile on there faces ... I really want to maintion some staffs name tapan aliva santana , dipti ,and beach driver deva , Asti and dega from restaurant .. Thankyou soo much guy's for your service... Best of luck

Worst experience. Terrible staff behavior. Self Declared ratings. Staffs lacks the basic etiquettes. 4 star only for the sake of it. Do not fall for the money-snatching trap. Do not visit in order to save yourself from getting humiliated.

Came for family vacation got good service. Nice Resort. Food was tasty.It huge Resort with multiple inhouse facilities available for resort. Indoor outdoor games. Helpful staff. So much to explore. It is also known for best wedding destination.

We members of Alliance clubs International booed 40 rooms for 80 pax from 6th April to 8th April at Toshali Sand Resort. Excellent food and accommodation. All arrangements were super and enjoyed by all members .Hall for meeting with proper arrangements.

We had the opportunity to stay at Toshali Sands, Pur, as a part of the Veena World tour group from 11th to 14 March 2024. Very pristine surroundings neat and well maintained. The food is very nice and suited our taste. Cottage's are user friendly and comfortable. The hotel also owns a private beach. Life guards are posted, however one is advised not to enter the waters as some times there are strong currents. Ms Alba from front office and Mr.Rakesh Bhuyan, ***ager were extremely helpful and made our stay memorable. Thanks to the hospitality of all staff.

The visit was for a day this March 2024. The property is good in terms of facilities available (restaurants, swimming pool and complimentary battery-operated rickshaws for pick up and drop within Toshali premises). However, our check in experience was pathetic (Got rooms at 1:30 p.m vs. scheduled check in time of 10:00 a.m.). We reached the place at 12:30 and were asked to wait for 10 mins to get the rooms but finally got the 3 rooms at 1:30 p.m. that too after semi-escalation. They insisted at least twice that we check out at 8 a.m. After having multiple discussions, finally they agreed for us to check out at 11 a.m. for couple of rooms. When we arrived in our room, it was not cleaned. Even after cleaning, there were dust on bedsheets. In the washroom, the bathing cubicle was too small and there was odour. And last but not the least, we were welcomed by a cute little frog and a couple of lizards when we entered the room π. Even at night, we found a frog below our couch and lizards were there in the room. Hope this says it all. Overall, it I feel it is overrated and overpriced. Staffs are courteous, food in the main restaurant is better than the Coastline Dhaba. Car arrangement from Toshali to their Pvt beach is good β waiting time was approx. 10-15 mins. Great Property with absolutely no maintenance and lack of customer centric thought process. We stayed here for a night , cottages were so good from outside but terrible inside . Looks like more than 25yr old fit and finish for which you can be up paying premium price .

Toshali sand resort was disappointing. The resort was made in a grand way , but the upkeep is sadly lacking. Rooms have become dirty and shabby. Cleanliness is not maintained. Toilets are dirty and archaic , There are no hand towels, no toilet paper and no curtain in the bath area to restrict the whole toilet getting wet. There is no house keeping staff to take care of things. The fridge in the room did not function.
