Pushkar Lake Palace

The best thing about this hotel is the view of the lake from the terrace. Our room was very small and antiquated, the bed was hard and the electrics were a little concerning. Breakfast and dinner was good but the staff were a little grumpy but had been on duty for a very long time. The hotel could be incredible, it's a wonderful building but needs some investment to bring it up to a reasonable standard.

Had room 301 on the corner of the hotel overlooking the lake and the ghat. Great views especially at sunset. The room was tiny but had a balcony (The fence didn’t look too strong!) and a bathroom. I thought the food was great. It was served buffet style so I was able to choose a range of dishes that I wouldn’t have tried from an a la carte menu. It’s all vegetarian food- and no alcohol but that was true across the whole town. Staff, despite language issues, were really helpful and friendly.
