At first we were assigned a room that had an issue with the AC but once the problem was reported to the reception we were promptly given another room. The way to reach the hotel from the closest metro station is well signalled by street signs.

hotel room is nice, but there is no toothbrush, shampoo and bodywash provided, only soap. Room cleaning service was so so only, towels were not tidy up in the wash room. Top level restaurant's view is nice.

It's very close to the attractions, and apart from the rooms being a bit small, it's quite clean and comfortable. You can see the Eiffel Tower directly from there, which is really great.

A fantastic stay! The Eiffel Tower was visible from the window, and getting around was incredibly convenient. The M1 line provides direct access to most of Paris's attractions.

The hotel staff were very nice, but the room was extremely cold with no air conditioning. The French staff didn't like speaking English and pretended not to understand.
