Acceptable hotel with all the basic amenities located in Putrajaya area. The price is slightly high for what they offer, but it’s a good location if you’re on a business trip or need to transit. The check-in and check-out process is fast.

Very dirty the shower filter. Called up more than 3times for reception to arrange somebody to exchange the shower filter, waiting more than 1 hour just arrived. Poor service.

Was at this hotel for 2 nights and my review as follows. Hotel is facing putrajaya lake with great lake view. It was relaxing. Hotel parking is ok (not that tight) and there are 4 floors to park. Parking is free of charge. There's 7-11, old town kopitiam, burger king, mamak within walking distance. Within 1km drive, there's texas chicken, mcd and some restaurants like Homst (chinese muslim) etc. Check in was fast and friendly. Room itself was spacious with nice lake view. Yes it was dated but still acceptable. Mattress is ok but not 5 star luxury standard. I dont like the hotel bathroom. Dont know why the blinds are transparent, dont offer better privacy...very uncomfortable when staying with family members. Buffet breakfast was ok but i did noticed the spread is limited during ramadhan. There is no live station outdoors like always. Overall, the breakfast taste is ok but not great. Overall, i do think this hotel is a great choice for putrajaya area.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious, and the window directly overlooked the river, which was very pleasant. Our room didn't face the Pink Mosque, but this hotel does have rooms that do. I guess you'd need to specify that when booking with the front desk. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was actually pretty good, no issues there. Service: The staff would always nod and greet us with a WeChat (or a friendly gesture, implying a common local greeting). Environment: The environment was great, very comfortable.

Stayed at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya for a business trip. The location is very strategic and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Service was good, though there is still room for improvement. Overall, it was a satisfying and comfortable stay.

Hotel was the same as any Zeninth hotel. However for this particular one, the cleanliness was so bad. If you take a look at the toilet seat right behind it was full of stains.
