All the hotel furniture is old and musty. No amount of deep cleaning can bring them back to life. Please just replace them with a new one. It seems like you had them since you opened the hotel. Otherwise, Everything else is fine.

Location wise this hotel is surrounded by government head quarters buildings such as immigration department & domestic trade & consumer affairs department. it's just walking distance to so many government departments building.

Welcomed and greet by Iskandar, managed and assigned room to me very swift and professional. We came to attend the marathon event and I really enjoy the stay. Recommended and will return again.

Small hotel with a great location. I always stay here if I want to visit my mother. The downside is we need to park underground that has smelly air. Other than that all great and value for money. Breakfast is also good.

Upset with their hotel towel. Dirty and got stain. During check in only One staff available and the rest keep on chatting. So need to wait about 10 minutes. Need to improve on reception counter not let customer waiting too long. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Our stay at Dorsett Putrajaya was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is unbeatable – super convenient for visiting the Pink Mosque and other major attractions, making it perfect for tourists. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the evening when the lake offered such a serene sight. The breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and everything tasted incredibly authentic. We left feeling stuffed every morning. The rooftop pool area is a hidden gem with stunning panoramic views. A swim or a photo session there instantly melts away any fatigue. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. While a few front desk staff members were a bit reserved, most of the team was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Putrajaya!
