Hotel located in front of the beautiful Putzu Idu beach. Beyond the surmountable aesthetic aspects linked to the entrance which does not look exactly good, the structure enjoys an enviable position which guarantees it enormous potential. Unfortunately, this potential is not followed by the slightest sense of judgment regarding the offer provided. The (high) asking price cannot in fact be justified only by the position and the beautiful view from the terrace. To reach the apartments on the second floor you have to climb two flights of stairs (the last wooden one is not suitable for those traveling with small children) to arrive in a room that requires significant investments: the curtains with holes, the old air diffusers that leaked water, the walls were not soundproofed, the beds were not exactly suitable for a 3 star hotel and I could go on. Added to the obvious structural and furnishing limitations is an offer for which any service is excluded: private parking in a courtyard of land 2 minutes from the hotel on foot (€5 per day), sunbed and deckchair (€25 per day. positioned in the morning around 8.30, but without any other service on the beach), breakfast (€12 each to receive 4 items to choose from a list).. I repeat, there would be a lot of potential, I hope the managers decide to invest and do an effort to be more attentive to customers and their consumption experience. Good luck.
