"We booked two rooms two adults three children we paid with a breakfast supplement arrived on site the reception tells us that it does not serve breakfast while they sell the service suddenly no breakfast no machine coffee no microwave In addition there was a nice kitchen of course was under construction frankly apart from the corner Ah yes old-fashioned room not refreshed for a long time"

"Superb hotel, excellent welcome, the swimming pool is very nice, the small glass of white wine on the terrace in the sun..... and the jacuzzi, I'm not even talking about it, a moment of happiness for our stopover on the way to vacation. The evening meal was perfect and the breakfast was very good pancakes scrambled eggs.....I highly recommend. "

We travelled from north Spain on our way back to England , we had trouble phoning around to get a room but our host here accepted us in at nearly midnight and we were greeted with a glass of wine , we were very touched by the hospitality of this gentleman. And what a gem of a place! Lovely room , breakfast and setting. Would definitely like to back here again. Thank you "

"We loved relaxed space with jacuzzi , hammam and swimming pool. The hotel is well located for tourism. Food is delicious and breakfast is very expensive. There is a parking covered which is very convenient. The rooms that give on the courtyard are very quiet."

"We had a poor stay in June 2023. Like others we were confronted by someone inflexible about timings and pretty rude. I never did get to swim in the pool despite staying 2 days (forced to leave site 1100-1700.) To cap it all, the start of 2024 - 6 months later, I find a charge on my credit card for £350. Be warned - the owner seems to keep your card details and appears to be a crook. Stay away!"

We paid Trip.com €59.32. The next morning when checking out, we were informed that they had not received payment from Trip.com. I showed them my bank statement and the Check-in voucher, as well as the email confirmation from Trip.com from April 8 that the booking had been confirmed. I still had to pay for the overnight stay at €55.70. "This hotel is situated outside the main city of Clermont Ferrand in a quieter residential area. Parking is limited but the welcoming receptionist directed us to the back of the hotel where we could securely park our car overnight. The hotel has an old world charm and laid back ambience. The rooms are large with high ceilings and comfortably, but simply furnished. There was no fridge or kettle in our room. It is very close to a railway line but don't be put off by this - we only heard one train during our stay as it must be a branch line. We ate in the hotel's restaurant in the evening , which was busy with both guests and locals - always a good sign. There was a choice of 2 set menus or Al Carta. We had an excellent meal from the set menu which was beautifully presented and served. Highly recommend staying at this hotel as the food and service was excellent."
