LLuweezyanaAlways a good stay at Urban Hotel. Right around the corner from.the SED. Love that you can refill your own water on every floor and can get ice cups at the lobby. Staff is always nice

GGuest UserIt's a typical Korean hotel that great for few nights stay or one night stand. Super fast check in. The location is close to subway station and major roads. The hotel building was very impressive apprear high end than most hotels in the area and has many parking spots. Inside the room is even more impressive just like the photo advised. Clean and has a large tv. I wish i had known this hotel earlier. However, it offer complimentary water only and instant coffee unlike other hotels in the area that has juices and snacks.

DDezi_DezGreat location! Walking distance to the base and many options for food! Enjoyed the nightlife. The hotel wasn’t busy, provided bottled water and other small necessities. The only thing, didn’t know where to put the trash once the bin was full. There isn’t a cleaning staff or room checks. Didn’t bother me, but would have like to have know that upfront. But the front desk staff were very friendly. Easy check in and out, a good hotel for a short trip.

6670TRAVELFor a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.

DDrCraqWe had an assigned room which was really very nice and big. The shower was absolutely nice and the staff friendly. Parking is available around the corner within the bulding.
And even if the checkin is quite late, we arrived 2h earlier and the allowed us to checkin without any additional fee, which was very nice. Everything was easy and we definitely would come back.

AAnonymous UserMy overall experience was excellent. I stayed here for five days on a business trip. The front desk staff was very easy to communicate with, and there was a lady who spoke Chinese exceptionally well, which was a huge help. Her Chinese was truly fluent and her communication was very clear 👍🏻. There was also a male manager – I didn't catch their names – but their service was also very attentive. The hotel can arrange car services to the bus station or other places. They helped me book a car to the station and even informed me of the cost beforehand, which was incredibly thoughtful. I was very satisfied with the service.
There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, making dining very convenient. There's also a microwave on the second floor, so if you don't want to go out, you can buy food from the convenience store, store it in the fridge, and heat it up on the second floor. The room also has a balcony where you can get some fresh air. The only minor inconveniences were that the bathroom didn't have a waterproof curb, and there were no power outlets by the bedside. Overall, I was still very satisfied.

However, it offer complimentary water only unlike other hotels in the area that has juices and coffee even snacks. Also no English translation for anything.

TTasiaWGreat hotel, the spa suite tub is huge! Could fit in it side by side no problem! Only thing is they only stock the room with 1 large towel, so make sure when you arrive to ask for another large towel, and get one every morning if staying multiple days. Downtown of Pyeongtaek is only about 15 min drive. Taxis are hard to order since the hotel is located on the outer ends of the city. Great hotel all in all. Make sure tobhave google translator app on your phone for easier conversations and questions.
