The staff was very helpful. Since there were a few problems with our room on the first day, they immediately changed it to another room. They helped us buy tickets to go to another city. The location is not very central, but we could easily get everywhere by Uber. There are many nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Thanks to this, we were able to try a different place to eat every day. We had a nice time in the garden of the hotel in the evenings. The things I can say negatively are that the ventilation of the rooms on the ground floor is problematic. We even had a hard time drying our clothes. Still, we had fun overall. We would like to thank all the hotel staff.

The worse hotel ever I seen. I no suggest it for anyone. So rude staff and bad rooms with terrible breakfast. The hotel looks nice from outside but when you go inside you will see the troubles

A wonderful hotel among the concrete jungle of Cairo, just a piece of paradise! Honestly, I did not expect much for this money, but the result exceeded all my expectations! From the threshold you find yourself in the garden near the pool, there is a bar with delicious coffee and very nice bartenders. Convenient location, across the road there is a direct bus directly to Tahrir in Downtown, 15 minutes by taxi to the Pyramids, also not far from the Mall of Egypt. Nearby is a Chill Out gas station, with a huge number of cafes and restaurants where you can eat deliciously. We stayed in a two-room suite, huge, clean, beautiful, with a large veranda and a chic table in the hallway. I highly recommend it, and will definitely come back!

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but they put us in some kind of crypt on the first floor and said that if I wanted to move into a room with a balcony, I would have to pay extra for it again. It was extremely unpleasant. They said that Trip.com was to blame. But it turned out that the intermediary was not to blame, and we were simply deceived. On the first day, we ordered breakfast: it was brought after 1.5 hours and it was tasteless, oversalted and there was not enough of it. In 4 days, they did not change our linen even once. I asked for a towel for my child - they did not bring it. I asked to change a large bottle for the cooler, they did not change it, they only brought 2 bottles of water and we had to buy water ourselves. There is no hair dryer in the room. No chair. The territory is cozy and well-kept, the staff actively takes care of it. In our room, 70% of the sockets were faulty and wobbly. The staff is quite positive, but we didn't like the service in general and we also didn't like the room we stayed in.

It is a villa-style hotel with a very good environment. The breakfast at the hotel is very Egyptian. It is a very good experience.
