Service is great. They charged me $150.2 for valet parking after I checked out.But nobody told us they were charging extra fee for valet parking. When we asked where is parking lot the doorman just said leave key to me.This is ridiculous.

Fantastic location and great vibe. And the hotel reception is warm hearted as well.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.

Service was world class! Rooms are spacious and comfy! Definitely will stay here when back!

Nice place to stay in… the outdoor pool although heated is cold thou… the room n bed is comfortable. Place is convenient and there is a LRT stop to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with the best spa bathtub. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The swimming pool is outdoor and there are children all day long, so it is impossible to swim. The suite I chose is large, the air conditioning is not too hot, and everything else is good. The room was cleaned. No milk was delivered on the second day. It takes a long way to walk from the parking lot to the room. The male waiter at the front desk checked in very well and explained the benefits and facilities clearly.

It's close to Darling Harbour and there are many buses and ferries nearby. The Casino downstairs is also very large. It's very convenient to eat and shop downstairs.
