We went on vacation as a group of 9 people and I must admit that we have never had so much fun. We were lucky to meet Aya at the very beginning of the trip, who took care of our comfort and thanks to whom we took part in karaoke, artistic evenings, but also yoga and aqua aerobics exercises. It was not only fun, but also professional - I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I see that Aya knows this topic. Thank you for a great time! Apart from Aya, the biggest advantage was the beautiful coral reef next to the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel, the food is very good, the entertainment team is very enjoyable, the drinks are excellent, the rooms are very clean, the place is very elegant, everyone is smiling, and the geographical location is also very distinct.❤️❤️

From arrival to departure we were looked after so well by all the staff at Novotel and by the Animation team. The rooms were outstanding, clean and the staff were so accommodating. The food was fabulous and the chef and service teams made every effort to provide variety, and cater for many tastes. They were also particularly hygienic wearing gloves when serving etc. The beach , house reef and pools were part of a great holiday. We would definitely visit again. Thank you to Abdul on reception for looking after us. Thank you also to Carlotta and Kai from the Animation team that made us and our children have a fun time . One tip is do not leave food unattended in the outdoor terrace as the little birds think you have left it for them... a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a super location

Really nice place, great people and all employees! Food was great, rooms clean and what I like the most it was guiet 👍 Nice place for couple without children. We had access to wifi all the time. If there was any trouble owe got help very fast. I can only recommended this place! And people's working there are always smiling and are friendly! Thank you for that🤗 We would like to come back in the future with pleasure ❤️

We stayed in this beautiful property in Marsa Alam in February with the whole family of 4. The hotel is recently built and attention has been taken down to the smallest detail. The beautiful and well-kept garden, the well-furnished, spacious and clean rooms. The pools are tidy and the water is always clean. Even other spaces such as the disco bar, spa, gym etc. are up to the high level of all the rest. The gastronomic offer is very rich and well done (local cuisine with typical oriental and Mediterranean dishes and some international proposals). We enjoyed the menus offered in the 'à la carte' restaurant where we also spent a wonderful Valentine's evening. The joyful aquagym animations and evening shows complete everything. As well as snorkeling in the magnificent adjacent coral reef we 'used' the opportunity to do some excursions in the region. A particular note goes to the staff who were very welcoming, from reception to all other departments. We perceived the attention to the person and their needs and the will to satisfy the customer requests. With a great desire to return we especially thank Ayman, Tarek, Fatah, Douha, whose professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed! A huge hug from Alexander!!

The food was really good, cleaning of the room was done every day, really good entertainment team, staff nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The offers of trip was big, we tried snorcheling, trip to Luxor, massage and also visited the fitness.

It's my first time here and I'm simply fascinated by the service, food and the pleasant atmosphere here. Quick transfer from the airport, access to the reef and great animators. Berta, your "VOLLEYBALLL!!1" is the best. Hope to be back there soon for another week of this wonderful time.

Animator club and all activities are very good, daily cleaned room, perfect personal, nice destination and amazing see. 🐟🪼 one heated relax pool, dinners for children are poor, nothing for kids, it would be changed. but please change the darts 😂

The atmosphere at the hotel was unforgettable!! Animation team did an amazing job, we are fully satisfied with our vacations. Beds at the hotel rooms feels wonderful. there wasn't much food, but everyone would find something for themselves. There was no entrance to the sea directly from the beach, but you could dive and view the beautiful coral reef from the pier. Overall, I rate the hotel 5 stars, I recommend it
