Great snorkeling almost right next your bed when you step our of it. Very friendly people working there and they will try anything to comfort you. Nice and comfortable rooms. Varied choice of foods and snacks during the whole day.

It was a great time we spend it hear we enjoyed tooo much the roooms were nice and the foood was great tooo and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and nice and the most we like here the entertainment during the day amazing and the animation team were always active and nice to us specially thanks for AbdAllah

It is nice vacation in jaz lamaya and it is always considered to us that all staff are doing their best for us during our vacation to enjoy with everything of all hotel amenities like the high quality of food and drinks ,everything is very clean and nothing missed in lamaya ..we will come back 😘👍🏻

We spent a week at this resort while on an extended trip to Egypt. Our main purpose in Marsa alam was to scuba dive so we were looking for a place with a dive shop nearby or on site. We normally don’t stay at all inclusive but there’s little choice except for resorts. The resort is beautiful and they keep the landscape immaculate. The staff will go above and beyond to accommodate you. It’s very friendly if you have children. Many activities are available to them daily. There’s plenty of food all day almost too much for us. We’re not used to this overindulgence but I guess this is what people expect ? Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We saw a couple of shows while there and we were very impressed with the performances. The reef is beautiful for snorkeling or diving. We were pleased to see that Jaz is trying to educate the guests on caring for the coral reefs and the fishes that live there. Something we wish more resorts would do. The only thing that didn’t work as well is wifi. But we observed that this was a problem almost everywhere in Egypt. We had a phone plan so it didn’t affect us as much.

Another great holiday at Lamaya. We travelled to Lamaya whilst the work on the pool and restaurant was going on and I can honestly say that it didn't affect our holiday one bit! We still had first class service from the super friendly staff. The food was really good, there was a wide variety to choose from. We prefer the beach rather than sitting by the pool. There was a great drinks service from the guys at the beach huts, they made sure we were never without a drink. The food and drinks at the Morgana beach restaurant was good and the guys were all so friendly. In the evenings we had great food in the restaurant. There was always a good variety to choose from even a bbq grill outside each night. The waiters were friendly and super efficient. The bar service was really good never having to wait long for a drink. Our room was spotlessly cleaned and we were treated to fabulous towel art creations by our room boy each day. We had another brilliant holiday and will be going back to Lamaya again.

It is amazing atmosphere there in jaz lamaya .everything is ok nothing missed in jaz lamaya ,the service is very high from all staff in all fields of the hotel like tasty food and drinks , very good info from the reception for everything ..we are sure that we come back

It is amazing trip in marsa ALAM in jaz lamaya which provide us with a lot of stay amenities for everything .we will come back for sure to enjoy with the best food we have ever enjoyed and also the comfortable room ,which is always clean ,the all staff are very friendly
