From 2 to 8 April 2026, we stayed at Club Prive by Rixos Sharm on a 460 m² villa (3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private heated pool). Guests: 2 adults and 3 children (aged 11, 14 and 15). Cost: approximately $4000 per night. Overall Rating Above average, yet the hotel does not meet the declared premium segment. The main drawback is the gap between the quality of individual villas and personal service on one hand, and the weak overall Radamis infrastructure on the other. Final score: 6–7 out of 10. Location Convenient: 5 minutes from Sharm El Sheikh Airport. Ongoing construction of Rixos Radamis is noticeable but causes minimal inconvenience - guests are accommodated on the side opposite the construction site. Noise is almost inaudible on the villa, though construction equipment can occasionally be heard and dust may appear. Villa Spacious, new, with comfortable layout and good privacy for a family. Advantages: high-quality bed linen, good mattresses, quiet air conditioners, individual heated pool (temperature increased upon request). Disadvantages: no unified climate control system, lack of premium features (pillow menu, mattress firmness options), minor repair flaws. Beach bags and L’Occitane cosmetics, as advertised, were missing. Housekeeping High-quality and detail-oriented, once daily, without evening turndown service. Functionally good, but not ultra-luxury. Service Personal service (strong point): Butler Bdur and villa manager Mahmoud provided a high level of care, accompanied guests everywhere and maintained 24/7 contact. Warm welcome and farewell, fast check-in/out, readiness to resolve issues (Seagate aqua park, reservation at “Caucasus” restaurant, VIP seats for the show). System service (weak point): No clear priority for villa guests within Radamis, dependence on the overloaded Radamis, delays with buggies (up to 30 minutes), room service (up to 2 hours), frequent “no” answers without alternatives. Without the butler, staff often did not understand the guests’ status. Food and Beverages Main drawback. The Prive restaurant is not open. Meals are provided through Radamis: queues at buffets, weak daytime offering. Evening a-la-carte priority booking partially helped. Room service: limited menu, long waiting times, no restaurant-style presentation. Beverage and wine list below premium level; cocktails very weak. Beach and Privacy Problematic area. Piers in poor condition, narrow and very steep inconvenient stairs, rusty slippery railings, high occupancy. Cabanas are shared with Radamis — no silence or privacy. Iron sun loungers, uncomfortable, without mattresses; insufficient quantity. No separate beach area for villa guests. Infrastructure and Entertainment Well-maintained territory. High-level shows with allocated seats. Aqua park is weak. Buggy logistics unstable. Wi-Fi good; almost no digital services. Key Advantages + Convenient location and short transfer + Warm welcome and flexible check-in/out + Strong personal ser
