Не в первый раз там, и ещё вернусь !!! Шикарное расположение к центру и к морю. Чистота и сервис на высшем уровне. Тишина и уединение то что нужно на отдыхе.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nice animators, fun contests, interesting shows. This is my second time staying here and I am satisfied with everything.

The restaurant is very good, the service is very great and it’s getting improved cause this is my second time, I will recommend Rixos to my friends and I will tell them a lot about the restaurant and how the staff is very friendly and helpful specially wyn , mansour , abdulzaher and reda, special thanks to them

The best hotel with the most smiling, good, gentelmens, working here, who make you smiling and be very happy. People with good hearts and beautifull arabian souls.

My second time there. Everything was great. Very kind staff. Clean throughout. The swimming pool also clean. I was waking up early due to the time difference and I could see the staff washing the common areas daily. Breakfast is excellent. Fresh pancakes and omelette stand. Lunch not that great. We stayed 10 days and was basically same thing every lunch. For dinner they bbq either chicken (really delicious ) or minced meat on the stick. Also fresh fruits. Desserts basic. Free beach towels and sunlounge. Housekeeping excellent. Air conditioning also great. White cotton towels.

hotel, personal, animation very good. We spent such a nice time in this hotel which include the beach as well. I recommend it.

Get much more then expected from this hotel.Very good location.Short walk to Old Town.Close to hotel beach.Hotel is very compact.Stayed in 253 room.Quiet room,refurbished bathroom.Good cleaning(thanks to our cleaner).One minute to swimming pool,two minutes to restaurant,three minutes to beach.Food is a bit repetitive,but good.Can’t nothing say about alcohol choices,because we not drinking.Always good choice of sunbeds in pool and also beach area.(not old or broken).Both areas are in good cleanliness.Beach area is next to sea boats parking area but it was not problem for me.Good and hardworking staff.Mustapha in kitchen,young guy Nasr in restaurant hall,always bussy but always polite.Good managment staff,coming around and looking after everything.Good reception guys.If you like good beach hotel for budget price I would reccomend.Guests mostly from Eastern European countries(Latvia,Lithuania,Estonia,Poland)Also saw italians,English speaking quests,russians.Hopefully return next year.

The front desk person was really welcoming us, he offered better room, the hospitality of the Hotel staff was really good, definitely I will go back, the breakfast was oriental and with mixed bakeries , it was delicious open buffet, the sea was good

Our flight was delayed. At 12 o’clock noon, our wristbands were cut off, and we were told to pay for lunch. We were forbidden to drink any beverages except water, and we were constantly monitored to ensure we were not drinking anything else. When we went to have lunch, we were required to pay, and we felt like thieves. Regarding the room, we were given dirty towels, and sometimes there were no towels provided at all. On one occasion, they even decided not to clean the room. On the third day of our holiday, a severe allergic reaction occurred, with a rash spreading all over the body, though the cause remains unknown.

It have been one week that we are here in Turqoise Beach Hotel and everything is excellent and the staff is careful. What about people I can say that Abdu and Mohammed are very good persons and they have already become our friends
