Accommodation for the money is considered good. The rooms are clean. The beach is excellent. The service of the bars is very bad. The food is clean but not varied. If the reservation price per night is from 60 to 66 dollars, I think it is suitable. More than that, it is not worth it.

The hotel that just keeps giving wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make your stay memorable great for couples families and solo travelers beautiful gardens large swimming pool plus 2 other small pools for kids The hotel has its own beach and pier and dive centre the snorkelling is amazing The entertainment is great and good fun but never any pressure to join in as well as a spa which is also very good

We checked into the Parrotel Beach Resort on the 14th October for 2 weeks just me and my partner. From the moment we got there we were welcomed so warmly and truly made to feel like part of the family! We got a beautiful room on the beach front right by the smaller pool (which was perfect for us because we wanted a relaxing holiday) One thing I would say go put your towels down early if you want to be at the main pool (not our thing) because you will not get a bed! Not an issue though if you can’t beat them join them and we were always up early to watch the beautiful sunrise on the private beach! Breakfast lunch and dinner you have a wide variety of options, personally we always went for the omellettes Lunch we mostly ate at the beach bar where I was a bit fussy as I don’t like those small sausages gave a little tip to the chef and he would do me chicken burgers every day! So perfect perfect! Lunch is also open at the main pool bar where you can get Ice cream and pizzas! Buffet open too for dinner, we didn’t eat in the A La Cartes as when we wanted to treat ourselves we just jumped in a taxi to Soho square (10 mins down the road) It’s a beautiful resort which they are currently renovating also, the staff are all amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We really can’t wait to come back again next year! All the waiting staff bar staff chefs and entertainment work so hard during the days long hours but it doesn’t compromise the service they provide and always with a smile! We did every trip imaginable at such a reasonable price! I recommend you book them all! We did the White Island boat trip, the Cairo coach ride (COULDNT RECOMMEND ENOUGH) do not let the long journey put you off! Farsha cafe, quad biking and Al Sahaba Mosque and SOHO square for a change of food! Just returned from our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel, this time holidaying with our family, and we were welcomed back like old friends from both management, and staff alike. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with 2 pools and comfy sunbeds. It is very clean throughout and the rooms are spacious with good air con and comfy beds. The food in the main restaurant is excellent, but there is also a snack bar option on the beach and near the pool. The Italian a la cart is definitely worth booking. Location is great with a good selection of shops within walking distance and 15 mins from the airport without any disturbance from the planes above. But what makes this hotel are the staff who are all so kind and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. My mum is disabled and they took extra special care of her. The animation team are friendly, encouraging you to take part in the activities, but don’t hassle you if you would rather just relax in the sun. A special shout out to Sayed, and Mohammad. K in the restaurant and Wallid (I hope that is spelt correctly) who had a smile for us every morning at breakfast. And finally, thank you to the photo guy, Momtaz, who took some beautiful photos of us all as wonderful memories of a lovely family holiday. We will definitely be back next year!

What an amazing place, great food, amazing staff, outstanding grounds .best all inclusive holiday we've had. Beach is great , redu at the pool bar will do anything for as will marmouud & Ahmed, yaseer amazing chef.great variety of foods, would highly recommend

Excellent Value for money hotel. A bonus will be the New Reception Building which is opening soon. 1. Premier Bedrooms excellent size huge king size bed, sofa chair coffee table, plenty of wardrobe space, units with drawers, extra large shower, bidet and toilet, tea & coffee making station, fridge. Bottled water topped up daily. Housekeeping excellent. 2. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar. There is also a Seafood and Italian Restaurant which you can book for your stay. 3. Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed. 4. Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. 5. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool. 6. Gardens are incredible, immaculately maintained and look fabulous at night with all of the lighting. 7. Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes. All in all great value for money, friendly service, helpful staff and of course sun shining daily.

The hotel staff are friendly and looked after us amazingly. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink, which none of us liked. We tried vodka and gin and again we didn’t like them. “Shampoo” and Karin were so helpful, they got the Hotel Manager to come and speak to us, he made sure the premium vodka and gin would be available on every bar for us throughout our stay and they were. Reda the Bar Manager offered us a first class service throughout our stay and always with a smile. The food in the restaurant was tasty and there was always something to enjoy. Special shout out to Weelda and Mohammed really lovely waiters who do their best to make sure you are happy. Very high standards of cleanliness, credit to all the Catering Management team. The food and service in both the fish and Italian restaurants was superb and both Managers go over and beyond to make sure you enjoy it. Ahmed our house keeper was fantastic, always smiling. Our group of four had an amazing holiday and a lot of fun. Great work from the Animation Team, who are always working hard, we had so much fun at the foam party. Thanks for a great holiday

Rooms clean and tidy food was good the entertainment team were very good very good and very friendly.I would recommend this hotel for families and coupled both. We enjoyed with entertainment and staff is very friendly and kindly next year will come here thanks

Highly recommend this Parrotel Beach resort at Egypt, Sharm el Sheikh. The apartment is not on high standard, but it is all clean and nice. The territory of the resort is very huge, with beautiful flowers and stones decorations. All staff are amazing and friendly. Food is absolutely stunning. The restaurant staff all the time looking after your comfort. Spa treatment was amazing. Also the beach is nice and clean. The diving instructors and staff are also professional and very kind. Highly recommend to everybody. Safe place for adults and kids.

We are here now. I read the mixed reviews before coming and assumed they were written by fussy eaters expecting too much. They aren't. The food is awful. We have had to go off site to a shop for snacks. The main problem is the drinks. The ONLY drinkable options are g&t or beer. Everything else tastes like petrol. Whiskey rum tequila... all taste the same. Unless you want to pay then uou can have proper spirits. We bought a bottle of wine to have with dinner in the end. They told us 600egp at the bar, they brought it over opened it fine... half hour later give us a bill for 900. They swapped bottles, didn't tell us, then caused a huge scene in the restaurant. The room is nice inside, but the view is looking at a building with people walking to their rooms. They can all see us. We asked to swap, offered to pay more for a beach front room, got told we had the best room on site. Pool view rooms are all in shade. So staying here means nice view = awful room. And when I say our room is nice... the shower is blocked and floods and the fan sounds like a helicopter is in the room. We have only been here 1 day so looking forward to finding the rep this morning!

If you want attention to detail, relaxation pool-side, good food & beverages, good hospitality, cleanliness and good standards… then the Parrotel Beach Resort is not for you. If you’re okay with a tired hotel, tasteless, repetitive food, staff who find it hard to smile, very loud inappropriate pool side and beach music… and you’re on a budget…. Then it’s okay, if you keep your expectations low. I went to Sharm el Sheikh for hot sunshine only, and that offset the hotel disappointments, of which there are many. The bad reviews on Trip Advisor are valid, I wouldn’t revisit the Parrotel, but then…… I’m not sure Egypt is for me. They don’t seem to understand hospitality. You shouldn’t have to tip to get a good service….!!

The customer service made this holiday special. The cleaners, restaurant staff, reception staff, chefs, towel exchange, maintenance team, the extra special bar staff (Reda was amazing), and upper management Sayed (cheeky ba@@tard) They could not do enough for me, my wife and my daughter. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sharm. Oh, and by the way, the weather was fantastic

This is a must visit place if you want to enjoy yourself and relax. The whole place and people are soo amazing and so respectful. The beds are really comfy. There are different types of rooms. Some apartment type and others more flat types. Rooms were clean and water topped up everyday. The all inclusive value was definitely worth the money. The staff here are some of the friendliest people i have ever met, they will go above and beond to help you. I have already been twice and can't wait to go back!!! :)

The hotel is more of a 5 minus class, the main building is currently undergoing renovations, the reception is in a temporary building. The territory is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The food is good, but could be more varied. The animations are modest. The hotel's greatest asset is the very pleasant and friendly staff. Maximum points go to the bartenders at the pool bar, thanks Reda and Mahmoud, you do a great job!

Firstly nice hotel and location. Our first issue was when we checked in, we were told to wait in an area which was incorrect. We then had to wait over an hour to get into our room. When we got to our room, it was nice, clean and spacious, with a kettle with no tea or coffee available. Luckily the restaurant stayed open until midnight so we were able to get a drink and a bite to eat. The restaurant staff asked if everything was OK. We said we had only just arrived and there was no tea or coffee in our room. We were told he would get some sent to us, this never arrived. The next morning we were getting ready to go for breakfast, after having a good nights sleep in big comfy beds the sink plunger was broken and the toilet wouldn't flush but was reported by the housekeeper and put right although it did break again the next day. Going for breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of HOT food and very friendly and helpful staff, especially the managers who always welcomed us with a smile and a handshake. He also shows us to a table, he recalls which drink we have and brings these to our table. This was also applicable for lunch and dinner. Top marks for the restaurant staff. Other room issues were our key card failed twice, 2 times we were left without hand towels which we finally got after calling reception twice and waiting several hours and as I am writing this we informed the housekeeper that we were out of toilet rolls despite him just having cleaned our room and was just leaving we mentioned no hand towels and toilet roll! He said 15 minutes, this was several hours ago. My husband went to look for him and found an unattended trolley with toilet rolls on, so he took them. Things like this does not make it a 5 star hotel. On a plus side lots of open space around the pool but if you don't get a sunbed within the first hour you will have to go without as there are not enough to go around the pool. Do be careful around the pool as the tiles are quite slippy when wet. The pool bar staff are very polite and efficient. The jacuzzi pool is lovely. The 2 hour pizza is also also a big bonus.
